Decided not to order. NO communication with customers
I ended up not ordering glasses from go-readers.com.
I found a pair of glasses I really liked, and tried to communicate with the firm to clarify shipping costs, and why I could not join the mailing lists.
3 emails, 5 phone calls , and twice completed queries no acknowledgement of correspondence, no call back, no emails.
I really thought the company was promising and professional from their website.
if it's this difficult to reach them to purchase a product from the company that you wanted to buy, I don't know how the service would be if there were problems with the order or it did not arrive.
because of this I could not deal with the firm and I would not recommend other persons place orders without first being able to communicate with them.
