24-month cover on Light Heads and Self-Contained Lights
Your Gloworm G2.1 Light Heads, G2.1 Batteries, and CX Self-Contained Lights are covered for 24 months against manufacturing defects and workmanship issues. All accessories are covered for 12 months. G2.0 and G1.0 Light Heads also carry 24 months cover, while G1.0 and G2.0 batteries have 12 months from the date of purchase.
If something goes wrong, we'll repair or replace it at no charge for parts or service. Warranty claims are made through the Gloworm retailer where you purchased your product.

Great company to deal with answered all my questions very quickly which is rare these days. The lights are brilliant, great spread of light and very bright. Makes the night into day. Delivery was very fast with contact to let me know what was happening.

Great package
Great package, well thought out and spares.
However I have have yet to see any where near the run time claimed in boost on the XSV system. Claimed is 2 hrs. Once I switch the light on from fully charged it drops under 1hr 30 in a minute or so....15 mins tuning and run time is down to 1h 6. Perhaps I am doing something wrong with the battery...
