From Jack coming to give me the quote and explain the work to Alex and his apprentice completing the work the whole process was excellent, and completed well within the 2 days stated. Highly recommend.

From the beginning of the process the service has been excellent. The engineer who did the initial survey was very professional and very knowledgeable. He made suggestions we hadn't thought of which made a huge improvement. His quote priced everything to the last bracket and screw and was quite a bit less than we had expected. When he left everything was signed and sealed with a date set for the installation. The engineers who completed the installation were equally professional and efficient. They made a very neat and tidy job and left everywhere clean and tidy when they had finished. Two previous companies had let us down so it was a relief to finally find a company who provided top-notch service. Highly recommended.

Had an oil boiler fitted by these guys in a rental property. Firstly, I have to say, scrap the stupid AI phone-answering system. It really winds you up when you need to speak to staff!
Overall, a solid experience, some problems with electrics (a contractor company, Glow supplied, messed up), and I had to help with brick matching in the end to get the job over the line. Not quite the experience I was promised on the assessment, but overall happy.

We’re currently mid-way through a major upgrade with Glow Heating, and we wanted to share our positive experience so far.

The team has just completed a full copper repipe of our house along with the installation of an air source heat pump, and the level of effort and professionalism has been outstanding. Paul and Ben have led the work on site with an exceptional team, all of whom have been tactful, hardworking, communicative, and clearly committed to doing the job right.

I also want to highlight Managing Director Jack, whose input has been instrumental from the very beginning. From designing the system to project managing everything seamlessly, he’s ensured the whole process has run smoothly and given us real confidence in the work being carried out.

Even though we’re still mid-project, the results so far have exceeded expectations. The quality of workmanship is clear, and the whole team has been a pleasure to have around.

We’re now looking forward to the next phase, with the underfloor heating installation scheduled in the coming weeks. Based on our experience so far, we have no doubt it will be completed to the same high standard.

Everything seems to be working. I have turned the thermostat right down and will turn it up in the autumn when it turns chilly. Will I still get hot water ?

The new boiler was installed well and the guys did a good job. There was an issue with electrical wires, and the electrician did a lot of tests and checks to find the fault. It was eventually solved, but it was frustrating on all parties. It was good that they wanted to ensure that it was all right and correct.

Clean and very tidy did all the work in one day, and two nice lads as well, we are very pleased with the work we had done no complaints from us and would definitely recommend. Thank you again
