They wouldn’t honor their satisfaction guarantee and tried to bill me for additional months even after cancellation was confirmed. I disputed through PayPal which was denied because PayPal claimed it was not a billing error. It’s possible that I filed the dispute incorrectly. If paying through PayPal, you also have the ability to dispute directly with your credit card company if PayPal denies. My credit card company immediately reversed the charges permanently. I suspect that this company is on a list that is known to do this and that is why the dispute was accepted immediately. Send the 1-star trustpilot review link when filing your dispute.

I signed up for what was explicitly advertised as a 3-month promotional plan. Instead, after barely 30 days, they quietly charged my card the full, non-discounted rate without my consent. On top of that, they never even sent a purchase confirmation, subscription receipt, or invoice for the initial transaction—a blatant breach of basic consumer transparency and EU consumer protection regulations.
When I contacted customer service to rectify their system's error, they flatly refused to issue a refund, hiding behind rigid, canned excuses while unlawfully pocketing the money.
I have already initiated a formal chargeback through my card issuer for unauthorized recurring billing, and I am submitting an official complaint to consumer protection authorities regarding their deceptive commercial practices.
Do not trust this platform with your payment details—they will alter your billing terms without notice and stonewall you when caught.

Scam. Took my money, never got any plan, no login or info in my mailbox. Had the bank cancel the ”subscription” I never wanted. I was thinking to cancel after I got the plan, to try it. But like I said, I never got access to any plan and this company repeatedly withdraw money from my bank account. Finally contacted them and they informed me they cancelled. But what did I get for the 80 dollars they charged? They havent even given me access to that. I want my money returned

Total scam took my money no report and login suddenly didn’t work no reset link would come either. Response from support was not helpful at all and took over 24 hours to even get one.

I am disputing this transaction because the service I paid for was significantly not as described.

On August 15, 2026, I paid $32.99 USD to GlowEra Health for a 3-month "personalized facial analysis" membership. Their own marketing (glowera.health) explicitly promises "expert analysis of your actual face, not a generic quiz," with recommendations "matched to what our team sees in your face, not what works for someone else's."

What I actually received was generic wellness content freely available online, hydration reminders and facial massage for lymphatic drainage, with nothing indicating it was based on my submitted photo, my age, or my actual features, and no personalized cosmetic guidance as advertised.

I contacted GlowEra support twice, on Aug 25th and Aug 27, explaining the mismatch and requesting a refund. They cancelled my subscription so no further charges would occur, but refused to refund the $32.99 already paid, and did not respond to my request to speak with a manager. It has now been over 5 business days since my last message with no further response.

I'm requesting a full refund of $32.99, as the service delivered did not match what was advertised at the time of purchase. But unfortunately Glowera is refusing. SO don't waste your money you can get the same or better advice from Youtube
