This company charges more than twice the Global Entry fee in order to process the application on your behalf. When I requested a refund in order to apply on my own, I was emailed a response but have not received a refund. I have called their number multiple times in the past week and have always had a busy signal followed by hang up. Or I have been put on hold for 10 minutes and then they hang up before answering. I have submitted a dispute with the credit card company.

I thought I was using the government website. They are a fraud. Go direct

I just applied for my application yesterday but have already asked them to make a change and some questions and response was almost instantaneous. Paperwork and similar agencies usually make you dread traveling but their customer care is just as convenient as their service so far. Thanks guys

The timeliness in responding to emails and completion of document processing.
Emails are attended to expeditiously.
The online process is straightforward.
I am not too keen on the phone services.
I don't have a specific time. However, I started this process in December and was done in January. It is quick and thorough.

Getting your Global Entry is so complicated. I used the Global Traveler Customer Service, and they were amazing. Every question and every step were supported quickly. Thank you very much.

The process from start to end was easy and quick. Everyone that I have come into contact with has been friendly and informative.

Very difficult to receive assistance/ contact customer service support. I sent an email an hour after to cancel and receive a refund for them to later on respond that it was too late. I had called numerous times for them to disconnect the call. I tried calling and emailing but did not receive an ounce of assistance.

It was not difficult to fill out the application but it would have been helpful if the site had some help options, such as instructions to use the drop-down lists rather than filling in the information where relevant, which number on the old Global entry was the one to use.

I made a reservation online, however never received confirmation. So I emailed Global and received a response immediately. They research and answered all my questions. and is working with me to find an appointment. They were very helpful and timely. I so happy when you find customer service that is willing to help. Grat job!!!

I completed my Known Traveler Number (TSA) registration and had questions about future communication, beyond the email that I received with my number, regarding my acceptance. I emailed Global... and received an email a response within the hour that the email was my positive response....on a Sunday! My mind was eased!

They are claiming they have sent me e mails asking for information re my renewal. I have never gotten any in regular e mail or spam.

I have just tried calling their number twice, both times I waited in line and was disconnected as I was being transferred to a live person

So far, little to no action taken from this company who I have a card from. They asked me for a number on the card that starts with the number 9.... no such number exists. I sent them a copy of the card several times, but I continue to get the same message back. Frustrating but still hopeful.

I renewed online, which was very simple and quick. I received three emails. One noted that my application was received, the next that my application was being processed and shortly there after I received an email noting that my renewal was approved. It also included when I would receive my new card.

It has been over 3 months. Did receive a response to wait 7 weeks which has passed so cannot give better review.

Please view the correct global entry web,this is a outside service that I realized to late and overpaid.the cost should be $120.00 not $300.00 that i was charged.tried cancellation and they wouldn’t cancel for me and my husband
