Can I have your Attention!

This company is a brokerage. They have zero vehicles. What they do after you place a reservation is reach out to every legitimate and even non legitimate companies in that area and try to find you a ride. They could care less if the vehicle shows up or not. They get their commission by reserving a vehicle for you. They also do not carry enough insurance to cover you if for some reason you would be in an accident in one of the vehicles rented.

You can figure out what companies are legit in your area by first searching out limo services in your area and then going to saferweb and entering the company's business name. If it does not say authorized for passenger you are renting an illegal vehicle.

I hope this explains why different vehicles show up than what are advertised and why people do not answer the phone when you call.

We have been in business since 2005 and these people are the bottom dwellers of our industry.

STAY AWAY! Well, this company is a scam. I just wasted 3 hours attempting to make a reservation for my sons prom. I went on their website which wants you to give your credit card info UPFRONT NO LESS to hold a deposit, yet they have not even checked to see if your date and time to hold a limo is available, Red flag #1. I then went on their chat box because Im not giving my credit card info in advance and someone texted me ASAP to see if the date was available and to please wait... Then 10 min later they have exactly what I want and do I want to hold it? Well, of course I say I do. I then in my years of experience ask them to send a contract to my email and they say I better hurrry and sign. They will send in 10 to 15 minutes. It never comes, they just keep asking have you signed it? Well no, I have not received it, can you resend. Then radio silence for 3 hours now. I do some digging and tons of horrible reviews, they state they are part of the BBB, they are not. They have no business license in CA with that name. The owner writes is own reviews. I'm only on here writing this because I just wasted 3 hours of my life. I have texted the thread 8 times and not reply. They are clearly moved on knowing I know they are a scam. So disappointing since I had another limo already lined up but their Hummer Limo was nicer (even thought it was a scam). Pretty sure the owners name is Moninder Kakar, he goes by Moe or on the texts he used Danny. They also have a fake company called Daily Transport I believe. If you look at the reviews here, Monider wrote a fake review on here as well. He has a GO.DADDY website that looks legit but it isnt. Funny it as private, legit companies dont hide their identities. Last year during Covid didn’t want to do much for my birthday so rented a party bus and had my family with me to jax beach and dinner and the driver was amazing . He took us to buc’ees really quick in st Augustine because we was passing it on way back and none of us had been before . Was an amazing day !

Global Limos is absolutely the worst experience I have ever had and i am utterly disgusted that they would even ask me to leave a review. In fact, there was NO EXPERIENCE because THEY NEVER SHOWED. Service was booked in MAY 2021 for OCTOBER 2021 which seems like plenty of time, right? Well on 9-22-21 they contacted me to confirm I still wanted the limo for October 16th, which of course I did. It was for my husbands 40th bday bash. After 9-22 I never heard from them again. I called and left numerous messages, my friends even called for me and left messages, I sent dozens of texts, sent messages through instagram, Pinterest, posted comments on their YouTube, trust pilot, used Live Chat on their website....NO REPLY. I begged them on 9-29 to PLEASE respond because the party was in 2 weeks. I pleaded that if they cant do it, just tell me and let's cancel the contract. NOPE, NO RESPONSE. thankfully 6
days before the event we were able to find a competitor called MAC limo (michigan) who felt awful for us and provided amazing service. All of this chaos and headache was 100% preventable by them taking 5 seconds to REPLY.
I know Global deletes all of their bad reviews. That's why when you go to their website you can only see good reviews and 100% BLANK reviews with no rating. I'm sure they will delete this so I will be sure to post it everywhere.

I booked and got charged for a limo and when it didn’t show up at the scheduled time I called they said they didn’t charge anything and that they cancelled the ride. Yet they still charged me fir a limo i, personally, didn’t cancel. Do not buy anything off this site this is a scam and you will get several calls from your bank saying it’s fraud, because it is.

I had booked with global limo for my wedding for 2021. we booked the point A to B package. At first they were really good at answering us with all our questions. we had booked a black limo and they told us right away that they only had a white one left for our date. the day of the wedding the driver called to say he will be at our address at 5pm. when 5pm rolled around and he did not show I called him to confirm he was on his way. I wasn't fully paying attention and did not notice he said he was turning to the street very shortly. 5 minutes passed and i started to think i'm sure i heard him say he was going to a street and not an avenue, so i called to confirm that he was coming to the right address by saying my full address with the right avenue. he said he had to pull over and check. it took him a couple minute. it sounded like he was fumbling with paperwork and trying to enter my address into his GPS. he then states that he is 18 min away. so i asked are why you would tell me your close by when your clearly not? he blamed it on traffic. i said fine just hurry up as i'm on a tight schedule. he said so is he. we waited the 18 min he still didn't arrive. we waited till 5:40pm and he finally showed up. 40 min late. my ceremony started at 5:30pm. I told him I was not impressed and we are late as we still have 30 min drive to the venue. all he could say was sorry but i cannot do anything about traffic. he did not once apologize for going to the wrong address or that he made a mistake. now we got into the limo and it was so hot. the heat was cranked to the max. he turned it down a bit but not that much. i found away to turn it all the way off but it didn't help. he had no music for us. i couldn't get the system to work either. the inside of the car was dirty and the seats were all worn out. nothing like the pictures on the site. then we get close to the venue and you can clearly see there was speed bumps and he hit the speed bump hard that i flew up from my seat and hit the ceiling of the car hard. my son also flew out of his seat. (but as a kid he really enjoyed it). we finally arrived to my venue 40 min late to the ceremony. while we were driving my brother in law wrote a review which i had no idea. the driver told my now husband that he will refund us $100. we had thought this was something he was doing privately. the next morning we still did not receive our refund so we messaged the driver to pay up like he said or we will call the company. the driver then called us and told us to take down the review if we wanted our money. so we took down the review so we could get our money but now i am posting so that people should know this is a horrible company and should stay away.

I had to put one star but you don’t even get one star as we waited for limo that was paid for and booked. 15 people No limo. We all missed half of our Elks game as we all had to urber. Now we paid for limo from you and an urber for all those people not acceptable. And when we phoned you. You don’t answer and say text me only. That’s not okay. Very very disappointed. Will send this message to all friends and family of my disappointment. Wrecked our experience. Thanks global.!

We rented a Maybach sedan from Sacramemto to Stockton. The driver was polite, well-dressed, and punctual. We were given cold water in the car. Maybach is truly an exceptional car. The one-hour trip was very relaxing and fun — will use them again.

The Mercedes Sprinter they offered was amazing. LED ceiling, wood floor, the cool bar with flute holders, and the off-the-hook sound system set a perfect setup for party scene. We had an amazing time in the Sprinter. The driver was professional and courteous. If you’re in Vegas, call Global Limos for Mercedes Sprinter — highly recommended.

I’ve been dealing with them for years. Global Limos facilitates luxury vehicles, decked out with all modern features. Their party buses, which I’ve personally used, are state-of-the art. The LED on the party bus really lit the party scene. The staff is easy going and the drivers are professional. One of the few places that offer 40-50-person party buses. I recommend them to people who want to have a blast.

STAY AWAY!!! I want to leave this review so any prospective customers can learn from my miserable experience, especially with David. My daughter asked for a party bus for her 15th birthday because of a positive experience 1-2 years ago so we booked through Global Limos after several researching online and finding several positive reviews. The experience was unprofessional from the very beginning. We booked on a Saturday online and only received a short text message saying our request had been received and would be reviewed. The next day, we were told that our reservation had been accepted, via text. The following week I called Global Limo’s to go over details, and I was told the price of the bus; I was told I would receive an email with all the pertinent information, but no email was ever received. I had a bad feeling about this from the start and I wish I had canceled. The person, David, was very terse on the phone; communication was minimal at most. The week prior to the Friday reservation I texted and wanted to make sure the restaurant, in another city, would not be too far away and would fit in the timeframe, but I was told “you deal with the restaurant”. I tried to call and was placed on hold for several minutes 2-3 times so I gave up. The day before the reservation a text was received and two charges were placed on my credit card; the day of the reservation another text was received saying everything was set up and another charge appeared on my credit card. The bus appeared 15 minutes prior to the reservation with no advanced phone call and then left; it returned a few minutes later (still no call). So when my daughter and 13 friend boarded the bus it was not a party bus, but an airport shuttle bus. It was nothing like what was represented in the pictures. I called David and was able to reach him fairly quickly; he asked I email a photo and he agreed the bus was not correct. So, we called and found out the correct bus was not available. This took several phone calls with David, and each time the call would end with him hanging up on me; he never once said, hold on, I will call you back; the call would just end with silence (it was bad). Finally, he gave me the number of the local limo service and with 2-3 phone calls we worked out a plan so the girls rode to the restaurant on the shuttle bus, and they were brought home in a party limousine. Here’s my point: I never received good communication from beginning to end; David was always unprofessional, and communication was kept at a minimum. I called and texted the week prior to the reservation and communication was so terse I never had the chance to make sure they had ordered the right bus, which they had not. During the pickup David hung up on me several times, never saying he would call back (it was assumed).

My suggestion is that you find a local limousine service and avoid Global Limo’s. David was unprofessional from beginning to end, and communication was always suboptimal.

PLEASE AVOID GLOBAL LIMO’s. Even if they had come through with the right party bus the first time, I was always kept in the dark. David/Global Limo’s have no idea how to communicate or what customer service is.

Planning a wedding in a pandemic is already hard enough, but when you literally book and make a payment for the stretch hummer limo and they can’t even take the time to reach out, even after we have left at least 10 voicemails. Very unprofessional, very dissatisfied, and very upset to have to find something else for our wedding day, with one weeks notice.

Booked a ride got a confirmation number and everything. Since then silence. I have called over 20 times left countless voicemails and nothing. Now the wedding is a week away and is to late to book anything they are ruining that day for us

We booked a ride with Global from SFO, San Francisco Airport, to Monterrey. The driver, James, took us through Half Moon Bay on our request. David was polite and didn’t charge for the extra half-an-hour scenic ride.

James knew about the scenic parking at Half Moon Bay; we stopped there for a few minutes. It was highlight of our trip. And, we were given water bottles and hand sanitizers — couldn’t have asked for more.

We will use them again, highly recommended.

I find it interesting that the owner of the company feels the need to pose as a customer and rate his own company with an excellent review to hide the bad reviews (Moninder (Moe) Kakar). A legitimate company who doesn’t scam customers and provide awful customer service would never feel the need to mislead potential customers. Further proof that this company is built on scams and dishonest business practices. Beware! They double charged me and kept my deposit after having to cancel service due to covid exposure and lied about their business policies to justify action even though i cancelled within the required timeframe. Unscrupulous and dishonest. Stay away!

I would never use this company, Daisy lies about everything and then put our company in a situation that the Police had to get involved. NEVER USE THEM!!!

We used them for a party bus service in Houston, Tx, amidst the pandemic. It was hard to find a 50 passenger party bus, but Global Limos managed to rent one for us. Our driver, Jay, was exceptional. We spoke to David, the customer service rep, was very polite and helpful.

Very difficult to deal with. I would highly recommend using a different company.

Daisy Limousine Service, has been nothing but, Professional, Kind, Accommodating and Wonderful!! From the owner, Mike who answered the phone on our first call to Daisy, all the way to our Terrific driver - Kamal!!
He was absolutely a joy to ride with!! We were lucky enough to have him drive us to our destination, as well as our return trip!! It felt like we were driving w/ a friend!! His driving was superb and very comfortable!
We will never use another company, for our needs!!

Planning a wedding during a pandemic is hard enough but it was made harder by dealing with vendors like global limo. We had been displaced from our venue and no longer needed transportation for a large number or for the length of time we originally asked for. After several phone calls I realized I was speaking to the manager and he lied to me about being in charge. He told me he couldn’t give me the contact info to speak with the manager after several days of saying he would. We finally were able to get to a price that was lower but still overpriced for the 2 hours we needed the limo. Come our wedding day the limo comes and has NO air conditioning and was a Hot August day. Limo driver left without giving my my change. I’ve tried contacting them but of course no answer. Worst service ever! I am not one to leave negative reviews but I didn’t want others to melt like myself and my bridal party did.
