George was a gem , he took his time and helped me find the best route fares and flights under my budget , George needs a RAISE !!!!!!!!

I had a good experience when booking the tickets very helpful.

After booking a flight online initially. I was called an hour later to say I couldn’t get that price and it was dearer . Other than that my transactions has been really easy other than a couple of spelling mistakes. However during the transactions and I was booking flights for 4 people and I read the reviews on trust pilot and got worried. There was no need I dealt with Brian the first transaction (2flights) then I got George for the second transaction ( 2 flights) we all got on the same flights and they were very helpful. I will be using Global flight catchers again.

Booked and paid for flights for 2 people, 2 hours later they called me to say they only got flights for one person and they could put me on a waiting list for the other passenger or refund within 24 hours, hopefully I'll be refunded in 24 hours if not I'll have to do a s75 with card company

Just wanted to let everyone know that I wrote a review regarding this lot on 1st May and giving further information now so that all you genuine people, who work hard for your money don't give it to these scammers.
I'm pleased to say that I have been reimbursed by my bank after reporting this lot immediately after being scammed.
The company name is Global flight catchers.co.uk but when you email them with your complaint, a response comes from globalflightcatchers.com so they are the same company, which they constantly deny. The operator from the latter company then tells you that your booking number cannot be located and you're stuck and scammed.
I will be contacting Trading Standards to have this illegitimate cowboy company shut down.
Watch out all you decent people. Thank goodness most people have still got morals, not these guys with Indian accents

The cheapest price on the website and i got my E-tickets in under 15 hours because it was a bank holiday and they even rang me to ask me that if i have received my tickets. Very good customer service.

Scam scam scam run! Had wrong flight information stated my ticket price went up I had to lock my card because I’m nervous that they will take money out of my account I will not remove my review this is the same company do not use them they are scammers every good review of this company is also a scam your website needs to be removed! I will be reporting the company to the FTC to get the page removed so they won’t screw anyone else over. They tried to use my card information for $955 thankfully I locked my card

Last week i booked a flight with this company and it was on hold from the airline the guy Brian came out and helped me book even better deal he is a great guy helped me alot and.surely using this company in future.

I booked flight tickets through globalflightcatchers.co.uk, and the confirmation email stated I would receive my e-tickets within 12 hours. When they didn’t arrive, I contacted them. They called me and claimed the seats were no longer available unless I paid an extra £300 or changed my dates. I refused and asked for a refund, which they denied.
They later emailed saying a "manager" had approved my booking and I would receive my tickets in 48 hours. That was another false promise—no tickets ever arrived. Despite multiple attempts to contact them, I was ignored. This company takes your money under false pretences, fails to provide the service paid for, and refuses refunds.

Their positive reviews? Fake. In fact, one of the glowing reviews is written under the same name as the company's owner. They don’t even try to hide it.

I genuinely have no words for how unethical and completely lacking in morals these people are. They are running a scam, lying at every turn, and preying on customers.

To get the truth, read the 1-star reviews—they tell the real story. Do not fall for their tactics or pay them extra money. If they take your payment and refuse service, go straight to your bank and dispute the charge.

Avoid this scam company at all costs!

Wow, you know what they do after you submit your review? They try to tell Trustpilot you submitted your review for a wrong company: globalflightcatchers.com Trustpilot contacts you to confirm your review submission. It is obvious it's still part of the same business anyway, it's a copy of their UK website and part of the same parent company. Just confirms scamming practises of these guys.

Booked a flight earlier today and paid in full. received email confirmation so thought all was fine.
after a hour or so I received a phone call from them saying that the seat was no longer available and it was going to cost an additional £350 for an available seat. SCAM!!!
Called credit card company who immediately put a block on the payment and confirmed they would deal with what had happened.
I should have looked at the reviews before booking.

After searching for a good deal for quite some time, I finally came across Globalflightcatches. They had the best deal for the flight I was looking for. James Taylor was very helpful in making my booking. He was very professional, polite and communicated very well throughout the booking process by phone and email. James followed up with a phone call after the e tickets were issued after a few days to make sure that all the details were correct. I would highly recommend Globalflightcatches and will be sure to try them first for future bookings.
