They were extremely kind and worked to get the flight we needed. I originally booked the wrong type of flight and was nervous, but they quickly called me with a better deal and we were able to sort everything. Then our flight needed changed due to unforeseen circumstances. Although it was rather costly due to the last minute change, the team helped me. My only issue is sometimes there was a brief lack in communication and I panicked due to the reviews I had read. I was so scared I’d be stranded and out of money, but alas, I was not and they came through every time easing my worry. And we we had a great flight! Thank you!

Good prices and communication. Found that the flights I requested/booked were not confirmed by the airline though, Globaloflightcatchers found me alternate flights on the same day for no change in price.

I booked the ticket on line price was cheaper than my travel agent.
once i booked the ticket i followed by the phone call and they advice its non refund able and charged extra to amend and become changeable.
as they promised was received.

The communication was prompt throughout. Just one amendment to payment after initial booking, but still alot better price than other sites. The documentation and flight info came through quickly and was able to manage my booking on the Virgin Atlantic website the next day. Very happy with the service provided.
