The customer service personnel was very helpful and professional in helping me secure a flight quite close to my travel date from London to Boston. The flight was also cheaper than what was available via most other platforms at the time. Of course, there will always be room for improvement say with regards to being proactive with update on bookings but overall my experience was very good.

I booked a flight from Manchester to Grand Rapids MI and I found everyone that I spoke with to be very professional and helpful at answering all of my queries. Thank you to George for promptly emailing me my e-tickets. I was also very impressed by Martina for her follow-up call to ensure that I had my tickets and all was in order and to see if i had any further questions. I had issues with my ticket and the problem was with me however they took their time to help me. I could even call at night and they were always ready to offer assistance. Even when I was overseas, they could still be contacted. Guys, I will always buy my ticket from Global flight catchers

Needed a flight leaving in 2 days to Detroit. Contacted Martina at Global in a panic. She told me to relax and she would sort it. Within 20 minutes she’d found the perfect flight at a great price. I received my confirmation e-ticket within the hour. I can’t thank Martina enough. Paul.

Booked a business class flight to Canada, E-Ticket received within a few hours, all okay then confirmed by logging in with flight booking ref' to the airline website and then booked the seat too. Dunno how they got the flight so cheap but so far so good.

I cannot thank George and Martina enough for their help in finding me a great value ticket to New York.

I haven’t been an easy customer! I changed my mind at least 4 times and they dealt with this calmly and with huge professionalism. They even managed to secure a surprise upgrade for me which I am thrilled about!

Have used GFC twice, once long haul and one just a few hours and on both have had no issues. Have found the staff very helpful.

If I could rate them starless I would.
Despite having received and email confirming our flight booking and sending an invoice for the amount the flights were advertised and booked at: £1136.99 for 2 tickets, today I was sent an email claiming our flights had not been confirmed and that they had tried to call but couldn't reach us and that we needed to contact them as soon as possible and delaying so may result in additional costs.

When I called, they informed me that the price I booked the tickets at was incorrect and it should in fact be £1,500 per ticket!! I pointed out that I could only pay the price that was advertised and quoted and that I didn't pick the price out of the air myself. I pointed out that surely it must be illegal to offer tickets at a price that actually doesn't exist. As the conversation continued, I repeated that a few times, at which point the person I was talking to hung up on me.

I strongly advise against using this unscrupulous company.

Had a great experience with Globalflightcatchers.....this is not the first time using them....will use them again - best price available and found the process user friendly!

A few hiccups with the flights not being available and I had to pay £389 more for different flights, but the team worked hard to get me alternative flights to suit my needs and kept me updated.

They were easy to navigate round, book and pay. Contact was good quick responses. Would use again.

This is my experience of dealing with this company, went on website price n fly looking for a flight LHR to luxor return for 2026, on the 21.7.25, noted they were the most competitive.
Paid £1938.34 and received a confirmation e-mail with an invoice attached confirming the flight with my E tickets arriving between 24/48 hours later.
The following day 22.7.25, I received an email asking me to ring them which I did as there was an issue with my booking and a delayed response could have an impact on the cost and availability.
I did and an employee A rang advised that the flights had not been confirmed and the true cost was now £2400 which I refused to pay.
I have had previous with this company years before, they use the ruse or con whichever way you wish to describe their methods to attempt to extort more cash from you.
They offered a refund which you had to ask for but my bank had already stopped the payment.
Another company to avoid is Crystal Travel same thing quoted under 2k, then on confirmation the total for the flights was now £2,211.
Avoid both companies, book with the airline direct it's safer and legitimate.

I had a great experience with the team , Mr.Zain was very supportive and helpful throughout processes , I enjoyed the trip from India to Dubai very well because of their great service.

On July 11th 2025, I purchased two KLM plane tickets for a return flight from Los Angeles in January 2026. They were advertised at a very good price - hence the purchase. I paid at the point of booking and received confirmation, advising me that I would receive my e-tickets within 24 hours. As it was a Friday, I did not expect that commitment to be achieved, but did expect the tickets to be in my in-box on Monday.
Monday came and went - no tickets. Tuesday I phoned. "There's a delay with KLM as the booking is so far ahead. You'll have the tickets within 24 hours" (That would actually make it 120 hours since I booked and paid). Nobody from the Company ever phoned ME - I had to phone every day. 5 days, 5 phonecalls, 5 promises made ("You'll have them tomorrow") and never met.
On Friday 18th, my last phonecall, I found out the truth. GFC did not have the tickets to sell me. GFC having 'sold' tickets to me at the amazing price, KLM refused to accept the GFC booking (their own website was selling at +£200 for each ticket).
So GFC were actually selling a product they didn't have, (I believe that is Illegal?). It was extremely frustrating and immensely disappointing.
Customer Service was dreadful. Every promise made was broken. Each time I as promised my tickets 'in 24 hours', that was a lie.

I read GFC's reviews before I used them and was reassured by their excellence. I am content that so many previous clients had received what they have sought.

I hope that my very poor experience is simply a "one-off" but I would warn future customers to ensure that the product you are buying actually exists before you pay for it and are ultimately disappointed.
