I did get an interview but it was still pretty hard to get it. However, without the service I never would have gotten one.

Listen up, folks. If you're refreshing the Global Entry website like a caffeinated raccoon at 3 AM, stop. Right. Now.

I signed up for Spotter, and within 10 minutes, I got a text for an appointment four days later—booked it. Then, 15 minutes later, another text for the next day—rescheduled instantly.

Meanwhile, the official website? One location had zero appointments. Another? 45+ days out. Clown show.

Spotter is like having a hacker best friend who sneaks into the system (legally, don’t @ me) and hands you golden tickets to the Global Entry express lane. It’s absolute wizardry.

Bottom line? If you want a Global Entry interview before you qualify for AARP, get this app.

Great program! Well worth the money to not have to pull up the Global Entry site multiple times per day to check on availability. Made it very easy to book an appointment that fit my schedule.

I am blown away at how quickly Global Entry Spotter got me an appointment! I literally paid the $25 at 9:05 pm today and at 9:36pm I got a text saying an appointment was available at the ATL location for April 7th!!!! I immediately tap the link and scheduled my appointment!!! So when they say trust Global Entry Spotter because they genuinely work I am appalled!!! I will be telling all my friends and family about this company because they are the truth!!!

I was very happy to pay the $25 to expedite an appointment. I received the notifications an it would not let me confirm by clicking the button that said except this appointment. I received several appt times over various day an I still do not have an appointment. It has been a very frustrating experience.
I am now going to drive the 25 miles to the site an hoping I can get help or make an appointment with them.

After trying to get an appointment on my own for 10 months, we used the service and were able to have our interview with 2 weeks. Well worth the cost.

I don’t think the price was worth it. I think it should be cheaper but the notifications were very beneficial & appreciated.

I try, and I try, and I try to make an appointment, and I just couldn't do it, I think they do this on purpose just to mess with people, for something they advertise so much they sure make it hard to get it. My wife said to me "use GE Spotter" (she already had GE) I wish I had known about this earlier, however, once you get the appointment message you have to be fast, or you'll lose it.

Wonderful idea to know immediately when an appt opens up instead of constantly checking the website. Got appts for both my husband and myself on two different days the same day I got your app. Then when more appts opened up the following Monday I was able to change both appts to a more favorable day and time and both of us together!

After several weeks of a frustrating search for appointments at the Charlotte Douglas Airport, I signed up for Global Entry Spotter. The service alerted me of appointments starting on Day 1 but it took a few days before I was fast enough to snag one. Global Entry Spotter alerted me that Charlotte Airport would be populating March appointments with 24 hour notice so I could plan accordingly. I found the EXACT day and time I wanted in less than a week! I can't believe more people don't know about this excellent service. Totally worth $25! Thank you GES!

I was stunned when I filled out my G.E. application and discovered there were ZERO appointments at my airport thru May 25, 2025. Enter Global Entry Spotter. I live in a low-volume appointment location, and even so, within 24 hours, texts started coming in. I first snagged a late April date, then as additional alerts came in I was able to rebook earlier and earlier. Result: applied 1/7/25, appointment 1/29/25, final approval 1/30/2025. Huge amounts of stress for June trip relieved! Seamless signup and notification experience. Highly, highly recommended!

I had been trying for 4 months to get my three kids the interview appointment. Within 2 hours of signing up for global entry spotter I was able to snag them, all on the same day and same time!!

Signed up and got an appointment for the next working day the same day of signing up for the service. Worked perfectly and our application is now fully approved instead of needing to wait until April. Can highly recommend!

I have now used Global Entry Spotter twice and it has made finding an available appointment in my area (Iowa) much easier! I highly recommend this service to those looking for appointments.
