I’ve been shopping here since 2018 and have bought jewellery for all my family members. It’s my number one go-to shop! They always have a wide variety of beautiful designs, excellent quality and great communication every time.

Glimour has to be up there in terms of the worst absolute customer service EVER. I don’t understand why they are still running, they are just awful. They are so rude and seriously do not know how to speak to paying customers. If there is anything wrong with their jewellery they don’t accept it. Their jewellery is outdated, nothing special and severely overpriced. Save your money and shop elsewhere as they do not deserve it whatsoever, anywhere is better than here!

Edit: I see the owner has responded, the item was not as described and on the item listing it did not say anywhere to ask for a “picture on a model”, just post the picture on the listing if you have it that’s just common sense? People are buying at a distance not seeing the item beforehand so may have issues when they have the item at hand, you should consider that. Your item had quite clearly a missing stone and you put it down to the “design of it” and just disregarded it. But let’s put that to one side. Taste has nothing to do with poor service, you are right. The issue is separate from the actual item, you were extremely rude in your responses and did absolutely nothing, brushing off an unhappy customer.

There was no excitement or enthusiasm in buying the item, I asked you a few questions about the item so please do not twist that to make yourselves look better. You are failing to take accountability that a customer is unhappy with the received product and the reasons why. Simply responding “my team weren’t rude”, doesn’t make it the truth.

I’m not the only one that gave you a 1* review here and anyone can see that so it’s definitely not a one off experience, plenty of people have complained about your rudeness so it really shouldn’t be anything surprising or new to you!

You failed to address the fact you were extremely condescending in your responses to messages and overall very unhelpful, completely ignored a message. This is not the way a good professional business runs itself or responds to paying customers. Your items are overpriced for what you get in the end, unfortunately.

Perhaps look at the way you speak to customers first and then see why people have a bad experience rather than twisting the whole thing. I could’ve accepted it and left leaving a review if you were atleast professional and not condescending but your rudeness and lack of professionalism in the way you respond to customers is what made me leave a review. You didn’t care to make things right not even a slight bit or speak with any care. Again, if you did I would probably not be writing this as the way you speak to customers goes a long way.
