This is one of the worst companies ever with exceptionally poor customer service. They do not even have the audacity to reply back to an email with a name. They refuse to replace defective jewellery and are incredibly rude in their emails.

My experience with Glimour has been amazing. The communication prior to the appointment allowed me to share photos of what I had in my mind and my appointment was then tailored based on what I wanted. The wide range and quality of the jewellery is exceptional and I am so happy with everything I purchased. I wouldn't think twice to recommend Glimour to family and friends!

Bought a product and unfortunately it was not suitable due to the sizing. As per the returns policy, I emailed to organise a refund but never heard back. I emailed multiple times and called but it went straight to voicemail. I would avoid buying here as it is apparent this so called 'business' is vastly unprofessional and not trustworthy when it comes to their own policies. Lost money and stuck with an unsuitable item.

Well what can I say….meet all the lovely ladies at a pop up and they were all amazing and very friendly. Fell in love with the jewellery as soon as it came in my hand. Looked heavy but was light as a feather especially the earrings. Loved a lot of the pieces and brought a few things. Will definitely be buying more in the future. Have and would recommend Glimour Jewellery to my friends and family.

The service is outstanding too… When I needed some jewellery urgently, I contacted Sim and she ensured it was packed and posted to me next day delivery.

Excellent pieces and great customer service! I’ve ordered a few different things from Glimour (bangles, earrings, necklace sets) and all of them come exactly as pictured and quickly too! I don’t live near any Asian jewellery shops so it’s so great to find somewhere online. Highly recommend!

Highly recommend glimour Jewellery, amazing service. First of all I ordered online, the pictures on the website are exactly as the items. Then I made a facetime appointment and bought some more bits. Then third time I made an appointment to go and visit Jass and match jewellery to my outfits. When I arrived Jass and her mum where so welcoming and so helpful. Would 100% highly recommend Jass and her jewellery. She’s got so many different designs, styles and colours. Quality of jewellery is absolutely beautiful.

I was interested in a necklace set from this store. I contacted them through the Instagram page and requested to do a video session given that I was in Australia. Someone responded and said they would do a video call but no particular appointment was arranged. I waited for about 3 weeks and reached out again, was told that they would do the video call “next week”. I contacted them the following week saying that If I am to order the piece I would like to have the video call ASAP as shopping duration is almost a month.

At 2 am Australian time someone reached out to me and told me to call in an hour. After almost waiting close to an hour, someone responded again that they are not available for video call. Keep in mind that it is now almost 3.30 am in Sydney. I then requested for them to send a photo of the necklace (not the catalogue photo) as I wanted to see how it sits on the neck. They shared the photo of a different necklace and said the particular necklace I was interested in would be similar.

1. We all know, when buying jewellery there is no such thing as this necklace will be similar to the other one, as each one is unique and the fit/ placement would be different. The owner implied that the necklace will be relatively similar to the other one.

2. They strictly have a no returns policy, understandably so, and their website states clearly to arrange video appointments but then they are not willing to fulfil those requests for vid appointments.

3. They are not considerate of their clientele and the time difference. I was waiting for a call at 3am, which was later cancelled by them. They do not understand the value of others time.

4. The piece I was interested in was not a bridal set, so I assume they prioritise bridal sets etc. as that is likely more profitable for them, as opposed to other party style necklace. Regardless of the product one is interested in, they should give fair service to everyone.

I have bought my bridal jewellery from Glimour Jewellery for every single wedding event I have, and I am in LOVE with my sets. The jewellery is stunning, excellent quality and the sparkle is second to none!! The ladies have provided outstanding service with helping choose designs matching with outfits, keeping me updated with my order - they have been reliable and trustworthy. In the space of a few moments I ended up placing a total of 3 orders with how impressed I was with their quality and service.

I just got my order and my mom and I are IN LOVE!! The jewelry is absolutely gorgeous and definitely worth the price. I’ll definitely be ordering again!!
