I purchased a Sunderland Aspen Mid-layer on Tuesday morning at 1020am, it was delivered at 1050am on Wednesday, superb service from the guys at Glenmuir. The Sunderland Aspen mid-layer is both showerproof & windproof, super practical, made from a very soft material that aint going to rustle as you swing, and looks incredibly stylish in the White/Navy & Red colourway. Every seam is finished to a high standard and the waterproof zips slide very smoothly. I can imagine it being very warm in the coming autumn and winter months. All in all, a big 10/10 for both the level of service, and the quality of the product
P.s. Glenmuir and Sunderland are now one and the same company.

Received four golf shirts today, two each for me and my wife. As usual the service was flawless. My wife is the golfer, but me, in the words of Billy Connely " I couldn't hit a coo's backside with a banjo". No , equestrian is my thing and these shirts fit the bill perfectly. Beautifully finished, smart, comfy and durable. Perfect, thanks Glenmuir.

⁹What curious pricing!

I bought some socks, quite a few pairs, directly from Glenmuir and the price and quality were ok. The service was good.

Finding myself in the market for a lambswool jumper I thought I'd have a look at Glenmuir and found some that looked good, but for £100.

I looked elsewhere and found other reputable suppliers online offering the same Glenmuir jumper, in most colours and sizes in the range for between £60 and £75.

Glenmuir doesn't even compete on price with retailers it supplies with its products, which seems like sales prevention.

Perhaps I'm missing something, but Glenmuir has proven to me how very overpriced some of its products are, if not all. If its retailers can sell at 25% less than the manufacturer and presumably make some profit, how much profit per retaiked unit does Glenmuir expect to make?

Buy Glenmuir, but not from Glenmuir if you can avoid it and save your hard earned money.

Ps. I know I ordered a jumper during a heatwave, but it's a gift for someone abroad.

I have been buying Glenmuir sweaters for over 30 years because they were such good quality. Sadly that is no longer the case. Purchased 4 sweaters recently and all have started to bobble and don't look very good. With one of them the stitching has come loose at the collar. One faulty sweater could be a fluke 4 is a sign of poor quality, not what I expect from Glenmuir, I won't be buying Glenmuir again.

I have used Glenmuir/Sutherland for many years. Recently I bought a jacket online. Sadly it was too small so I had to return it. The process was well explained and faultless. I was kept informed of progress and my refund was swift. I’m happy to recommend the company.

I don't understand the negative reviews. I've bought a range of clothing from Glenmuir over the years, the most recent a day ago, and have found each one excellent. Better than similar items that I own that were far more expense. And delivered incredibly quickly on the standard delivery.
I'll certainly continue to buy from Glenmuir with confidence.

I purchased this jacket from my home golf club professional, it has been embroidered with the Club Logo and looks great but that's as far as it goes. This fabric just does not breath at all I come off the course soaking wet inside the jacket. I've emailed you before stating this and all I got was it must be the clothes under the jacket that are causing it (well today I wore a Glenmuir Polo shirt and it still happened). I now see that this item has been reduced on your website by 50% is that because it is not fit for purpose?

Spent £12 on a pair of their thermal golf socks and after wearing them for 1st round, one of them has a hole in it!

Ordered 2 gloves one blue one green. Blue one leeched its colour and started to come undone quickly- green one excellent no issues.
Offered replacement which I’ve accepted but not blue (lol)
Initial delivery was very fast

I purchased a few products for Christmas gifts, delivery was really quick and delivered as promised. The Kinloch polo shirt was really good quality and loved the colour. The Vancouver Pro Jacket was great, plus I got a great bargain with the sale price.
Products were as described and of very good quality. I would definitely purchase again and recommend. My friend loved them too :)

I gave one star as I was unable to give 0. I recently bought a pair of ladies waterproof trousers. They are so slim you cannot put them on or take them off with your golf shoes on. When querying this I got this response “ We can confirm that the trousers were designed this way, as if we were to design these trousers so as they can go over shoes, we would have needed to have designed them with a very wide leg.
Therefore, we decided that this feature was not as important as other features when designing these trousers”. These trousers are clearly not fit for purpose, most people
want to wear waterproof trousers when it is raining 🤪 and having to take your shoes off to put them on would give you very wet feet. Such a disappointing answer from Customer Service!

The displayed 2-4 workdays delivery but it lasts 10 days. Never again!

I ordered two belts which were delivered quickly. I was impressed by their quality. I cannot fault my experience shopping with Glenmuir.

AVOID!!!!....Very poor quality
I have 2 Glenmuir sweaters both less than 2 years old. They are beginning to fall apart with large holes appearing in the armpit area. These sweaters were both upwards of £70.00 each. I'd expect better from Glenmuir but they have obviously let standards slip.
I will not be purchasing any more of their products....
