Recently bought a house from Peter at Ousterly Woods. Absolutely brilliant from start to finish, always went that one step further if there was questions he couldn’t answer there and then. Absolutely love the house and the location. Honourable mention to Dave the site manager too!

We have just reserved a lovely new home at Bracken Park in Louth and the process was a complete pleasure, thanks to Stella in the sales office. She is an exceptional sales advisor and a credit to Gleeson Homes. Hardworking, positive, genuine, non-pushy and with a very warm and friendly demeanour, Stella is exceptional.
The house itself has a very high standard of finish and, given the asking price, represents tremendous value.

Just reserved our house with Emily and Dan, both really helpful and provided us with all the information required! Made everything really easy and answered all of our queries. Me and my partner saw one of their properties on Rightmove with a rent to buy scheme, straight away we rang to hopefully get a viewing. We got one after 4 days of ringing for the following Saturday, to which they rang on Thursday evening to tell us Friday was a better day so we booked the day off just to not hear anything from them at all. We finally got a hold of them for them to tell us we will 100% get to view it at 2:30 on the Monday but we had the school run so would’ve had to sort child care so they told us they will ring us for 10am with a new time. We never got a phone call and continuously tried to call them to no avail, after several attempts I tried ringing on another number which they answered straight away on. We did in fact get to view the property after sorting childcare but only because someone else cancelled, the viewing was just us being shown where the house is by a builder and then being left to look round by ourselves with nobody there to ask questions. After all this we were still extremely interested in the house but never received a phone call or follow up… we then straight after viewing it saw that it had been taken off rightmove yet we were not notified till 3 days after we viewed it that it had been sold. Disappointed is an understatement wouldn’t recommend bothering.

Started looking in January to buy called in and spoke to Peter and from then on it was such an easy process. Gave us all the information that we needed, showed us all of the options and extras that was available and even calling us with updates on progress of the house . He has also been very welcoming when we have turned up unannounced as well.

The sales executive Stella Overall, was very welcoming and gave us all the information we would need to start our journey of finding the right property. Even when we couldn't reserve a house that we initially liked, Gleesons were extremely accommodating with incentive for other properties. The process so far has been very smooth and stress free.

Can't thank Adrian and Tom at the Bracks Farm site enough. Two wonderful pleasant, friendly and informative guys. They made the whole process of buying our lovely new home an absolute pleasure. Can't wait for moving in day and to invite them round for a house warming drink or two. Thanks guys.

My partner and I have recently reserved our new home with Gleesons, and we honestly couldn’t be happier with the experience so far, largely thanks to Adrian and Tom.

From the very first time we spoke to them, they were both incredibly friendly, approachable and helpful. They genuinely took the time to listen to us, answer all of our questions and explain everything clearly, without ever making us feel rushed or pressured into anything.

The part exchange scheme in particular was explained to us so thoroughly, which made what could have been a complicated and stressful process feel incredibly straightforward. They were always happy to go through things again whenever we had a question, and they have been brilliant at keeping in regular contact and keeping us updated throughout.

Visited gleeson homes middlestone meadows new build site with my husband and had the pleasure of meeting Dan from the sales team. He was very open, honest,helpfull and had no problem taking the time allowing us to view several properties of one we now wish to purchase.

I’ve faced several issues in my new house, most of which have been addressed to some extent. However, this particular complaint has pushed me beyond my patience. It has been logged for two weeks, yet no one has contacted me.
The kitchen cupboard door has completely detached from its place. When this issue first occurred, I asked for a permanent fix, but the team only screwed it back in. After multiple repeats of the same problem, the door has now fully broken and displaced.
I have more concerns about this new home that I will raise one by one, but for now I will wait for their response to this matter.

Throughout the process, I have had the pleasure of dealing with Raul Garcia, who has represented Gleeson Homes at the Birley Croft development. From the very beginning, Raul has been extremely helpful, professional and approachable. He has always been available whenever I have had questions or needed any further information, which has made the whole process much easier and more reassuring.
