They accused me of faking giveaways even though I have tons of evidence on my pinned tweet.

They claimed I faked a giveaway on their platform but when I provided proof to them that my winner was paid they blocked me on Twitter.

They have damaged my reputation and attacked my integrity. For those reasons, I wish I would have never done business with them.

Reviewing customer support when trying to create a campaign: the replies were very fast, probably less than 2 hours from my original mail message, and Jessica from customer success replied to all my questions clarifying all the doubts I had.

Great platform for sweeptakes/giveaway! The scope of possibilities and customization is second to none, plus the data exports you can do after the fact is super useful. Doesn't hurt either that customer support was super responsive & helpful.

I make a mistake: I pay 120Usd, so I contact the support ... problem resolved 10 minutes later !
