Shadow bans users when entering raffles, marks every task they do as "invalid" without even telling the user, only visible to host. Not even the host knows why a user is marked "invalid". Such a scam!

Looks like they shadowban giveaway contestants that use a VPN service - hard to run a fair giveaway when it isn't transparent.

I started entering giveaways about 8 years ago and have been very fortunate and lucky to have achieved many awesome wins including xbox's , gaming pc , macbook air 15 , gift cards , many tech related toys ie:phones tablets monitors mice keyboards etc. (just a small fraction of my wins)

All it takes is perseverance and hitting those daily entries when available. Giving up and quitting is not an option at this point.

Any interaction with the people at this platform via email has always been helpful and friendly whenever an issue came up. Usually minor complaints stemming from people not fulfilling the prize redemption from the sponsors or misuse / ignoring the terms which was not the fault of the Gleam platform.

I have had the best luck and experience with the rate of wins compared to ANY and ALL other giveaway platforms and I begrudgingly use those 'other platforms' even though I know the odds are terrible.

I have been with this company since their early days, there is no other better competition platform. If there is an option for giveaways they offer it. Do not look any further, go with Gleam

Initially made a complaint that was missing from our account, which was due to X (Twitter)'s API change. The advisors at GLEAM got back to me extremely quickly and resolved the issue promptly in a manner that was very satisfactory to me.

I've been incredibly impressed with GLEAM's customer service so far and the platform is very easy to use. It's made running competitions a breeze for us, compared to the complex process we used to have to go through to manually run competitions. The platform is full of features that suit our industry (gaming) as well (such as Discord and Steam), which are rarely tracked or offered on other platforms.

I used this service and I am totally disappointed with their service. I never recommend their service to anyone.They are money looters.

A highly publicized giveaway for the 2023 Video Games Awards. A desirable prize by a well known gaming manufacturer.
The hype was impressive, but gleam.io's infrastructure/services seems not to have been up to the task.
Who knows if anyone got through? Only gleam.io.

Since the final message was served by Cloudflare, I am imagining that gleam.io had possibly given up? The waiting time exceeded the contest window regardless.

After this experience I decided I would not trust my details shared with this company for a contest or giveaway, it looks very suspect.

Possibly it works on a limited scale if your goal is purely social info harvesting/linking. If so, yuck, but you might want to check if their services are up to your campaign expectations.

The team is always responsive, day or night and offer advice. Patient as well as it's through text and it's easy to misunderstand. The time is taken by the team to carefully explain until you are satisfied.

I'm Serkan and I have been hosting giveaways in the gaming industry for about 5 years now (most notably video games and Gift Cards) - very early into my ventures, I've come across Gleam.io and used it while working with dozens of influencers, communities and different companies to grow various website user bases and social media accounts effectively using giveaways.

Shortly after, I founded vLoot.io and Gleam.io has been the backbone of our website ever since as all of our on-site giveaways run using their giveaway tool.

For the last few years, I've been using their Pro plan for the Gleam Competitions and the Gleam Rewards feature and I'm more than happy with the different campaign entry methods and possibilities that this tier gives me access to.

In late 2021, I joined their small Beta Tester Discord Server where several Staff members were active when it came to listening to your feedback/questions and helping you accordingly.

I've reported performance related issues and visual problems here in the past and had a developer get back to me who fixed the issue within a reasonable time frame - their official support channels satisfied me as well in the two instances where I contacted them in all these years.

One of my favorite experiences with Gleam was actually when their CTO manually looked into an issue that I was facing with fake accounts entering my giveaways and manually sorted out a solution to resolve this problem for me.

There are no real issues I've had with Gleam aside from the few mentioned brief performance or visual bugs that get resolved quickly and I can confidently recommend you to make use of their service if you would like to commercially run giveaways and reward campaigns as there's no better tool out there as of right now.

For non-profit companies or smaller businesses/influencers, their free tier should do a good job when it comes to giving you a taste of what Gleam campaigns are capable of.
