I never hear of this company

I never hear of this company! When I received notice from my bank account that there was a monthly charge, I reported it as fraud. Never signed up for a monthly subscription through Future Shares LLC for GlobalGPT - I'm a very retired person who knows nothing about AI platforms nor do I want anything to do with it.

very very poor

very very poor, extremely slow, vids only up to 15 seconds. have found free services that are a lot better, cancelled my subscription after a few attempts as the outcomes were horrendous.

Continual credit refresh problems

Difficult to contact. Slow to respond. Continual problems with credit refresh:
1. Credits do not refresh at end of month.
I complain, the eventually fix it, and tell me credit renew date is now 3rd of the month.
2. Next month Sora 2 Pro not working when I want to use it. Next day I use alternative AI model instead, trying to use up 43,000 credits left before renewal on the 3rd of the month.
3. Credits do not refresh, so I complain. They tell me that my account is working properly (a lie) but they have changed the refresh date to the 1st of the month, so that my usage of unused credits now uses credits for the next month instead - trying to cheat me out of my usage of unused credits at the end of the month.

SUMMARY: In my experience their system is not working how they say it should do in so far as refreshing credits each month, and this cheats you out of credits/usage unless you complain, and even then they may not satisfactorily compensate you for the loss of service or credits which did not renew. Such unreliability upsets your workflow and you do not get the service which you have paid for, and end up wasting your time having to complain to try and rectify the situation.

Stay away from this people

Stay away from this people. A true scam. Customer service is "unable" to help or more than anything "unwilling". I sign up for the yearly package when I actually wanted to do a monthly service. I was told, we can't do anything about it. Thank you for you $125 dollars.

Stay Away From Global GPT!

I purchased the “Unlimited” plan from GlobalGPT for $300, expecting unrestricted access to modern AI models.

That’s not what you get.

Only older, lower-tier models are actually unlimited. The updated, high-performance models—like Claude—are still credit-based, and those credits run out extremely fast. I burned through mine in less than 24 hours.

I understand that advanced AI models are expensive to run. That’s not the issue.

The issue is calling this plan “Unlimited” when the most valuable tools are clearly not.

That’s misleading at best.

I reached out for a refund almost immediately. Instead of any flexibility, I was pointed to their refund policy and denied. They did add 10,000 credits as a gesture, but that doesn’t solve the core problem—it just delays it.

At this point, I’ve had to file a dispute with my credit card company just to try to recover my money, which is a slow (up to 60 days to resolve) and frustrating process.

Bottom line:
If you’re buying this for access to top-tier AI models, don’t. This is not truly unlimited, and the pricing structure is not clearly communicated upfront.

Stay away.

On our order/checkout page, we clearly list which models are included as unlimited under the Unlimited plan. Not all models on the platform are unlimited, and the specific models that are unlimited are explicitly described before purchase.

About advanced models
Some newer or high-cost models (such as certain Claude models) operate on a credit-based system due to the significantly higher infrastructure and API costs required to run them. This structure is also explained in the plan details.

About the support response
When you contacted us, we reviewed the case and added 10,000 credits as a goodwill gesture to help extend your usage.

We understand that expectations around “unlimited” plans can sometimes lead to confusion, which is why we clearly indicate on the order page which models are unlimited and which operate on credits.

GlobalGPT doesn't work as advertised – refund promised but never received

The service crashed for hours on a simple prompt right from the start. After just a couple of days and using a negligible portion of the available credits, I realized this was not working and asked for a refund.

First they refused, claiming the service had been "used". Only after I formally invoked my EU consumer right of withdrawal (Directive 2011/83/EU) – which they had never asked me to waive during checkout – did they agree to a partial refund of $290.03 (deducting Stripe fees). That was March 9. Today is March 12 and no refund has arrived. They also stopped replying to my emails entirely.

Looking at other reviews here on Trustpilot after the fact, I should have expected this. I strongly advise EU consumers in particular to think twice before purchasing.

Update (14 March 2026): the refund finally arrived, but only after I filed a formal dispute with my payment provider and posted this public review.

Please refund my subscription

Please refund my subscription. I haven't used your service in a long time, why are you deducting fees from my account? Your tools are difficult to use, I choose to cancel! I have never, ever chosen to renew my subscription, it's absolutely terrible, garbage! I will never recommend it to anyone!

Beware, this is a Chinese company with deceptive billing practices and non existent custom support.

I accidentally signed up under the belief that I was signing up for Gemini. Upon signing up, I immediately realized I had made a mistake. I searched the website for contacts to cancel the transaction. In doing so, I spent several minutes on the website. I sent 3 emails to different contacts to cancel the transaction, as I believed it to be something other than what it was.

After several days, I received an email from customer support stating that they would look into the matter.
After another day, they replied that per their subscription terms, there was no cancellation, but they would look into the matter.

A few days later, they replied and said they had seen activity on their site and there would be no refund.
There was no name, no signature, just Chineese characters and signed GlobalGPT Support.

After thinking about it, I realize that, in hindsight, looking for a customer service contact would apparently be considered using the site.

I told them I had contacted my credit card and noted the transaction for fraud. They then replied, offering to refund 1/2 of the subscription price.

I declined but said I would agree to pay for a single month. I have not been on the site since the first day. They replied that they were processing a refund for half the year-long subscription of $69. And that was all.

I would tell everyone to be wary of this company.

GlobalGPT is an **all‑in‑one AI tools platform** that provides access to multiple AI models and computing resources. When these services are used, they generate real infrastructure and API costs. As a result, the platform operates according to its subscription terms and cannot assume the full cost of subscriptions that were mistakenly purchased by users.

To put people fears to rest

To put people fears to rest, global gpt is real, it's not fraudulent. i have bought two lifetime deal accounts and i have had global gpt for about six months. Now what i will say is sometimes their servers get overloaded and it takes awhile to generate but it absolutely does work. They have a huge number of models like wan 2.6, kling 3.0, seedance 1.5 nanobanana 2 and nano banana pro, as well as many other models, too many to name. Just now they have a lot of models and even ones if you want stuff like claude. It is worth it i feel for the lifetime deals. You just have to be patience with the days where they have high traffic. i have generated many clips using global gpt and i hope this helps.

I give it four stars because it does help save me money on subscriptions. However they do need to improve some of the times where its high traffic and goes slower. If they can improve that then it will earn five stars. Is it worth it, absolutely because there are many models in one location that saves you from having to use multiple sites to get access to ai video gen, ai image gen, and ai models that write.

Regarding history, they do delete history after a period of time but people need to understand this is normal practice in the ai space. Websites charge a lot of money to store, so make you download your image and video generations immediately. I never understood this until i tried to setup my own website and realized the people that charge me to host a website charge for storage. So ai companies have to delete videos and images after a period of time because you are not paying for storage, you are paying to generate and so i don't blame them for that. i thought people should understand that perspective because i see a lot of people getting upset that they delete videos or images after a period of time. for me most things were deleted after 30 days which is a reasonable time to download items i feel.

Great all-in-one AI platform

I’ve tried many AI tools before, but GlobalGPT is the first platform that actually puts everything in one place. I can switch between GPT, Claude, and other models without opening multiple websites. It saves a lot of time and makes my workflow much smoother. Definitely worth trying if you use AI frequently.

I started a GlobalGPT Charged for an Unused Subscription (20,000 Credits Still Unused) and…

I started a GlobalGPT subscription and did not use it at all—my account still shows the full 20,000 credits unused (100% remaining). I requested subscription cancellation by email and asked for a refund, but support replied with a generic “non-refundable” message, pushed me to cancel via the website, and then stopped responding. Charging for an unused service and ignoring customers afterward is unprofessional and unacceptable.
