Bought acrylic glass prints…Absolutely fantastic quality. However, the mount wasn’t strong enough to support one the acrylic glass frames which fell and has taken two chunks out of my skirting board.

Raised this direct with the suppliers who promised they would send out a replacement however, this hasn’t materialised. And despite a number of follow on chasers, they have now gone silent and aren’t returning any messages.

The whole reason I went with this supplier was so I didn’t have to drill holes into the wall but the mounts supplied clearly weren’t strong enough. Very disappointed

Having looked at various different companies for canvases, I chose Glassvandal because of its huge range and special offers. I ordered 2 images on a Friday night and even with a bank holiday weekend they were still at my house Wednesday afternoon, to my surprise. They were packed securely, and once out of the boxes were on my wall within 5 minutes, as all fixings were in place. I cannot thank you enough,

This is the second piece I have bought, the first was glass and really pleased. The latest was larger, on canvas and it arrived with a small dent in the corner - in transit I guess. I conatcted them and sent some pictures of the packaging and in a few days a new one turned up. Really please with the product and the service. Thank you./

Amazing service. I ordered a huge Banksy canvas (Behind the curtain). It arrived quickly, in perfect condition. The colours are amazing. They even send fixings for the wall and a QR code to assist hanging. I’m onto them again for another and they are sourcing what I would like. Deffo recommend this firm.

I wouldn't buy from them again. Their customer service is non existent. I have sent them several contact messages and they haven't bothered to reply

When I shared the screenshot of their offer, they said it was a mistake. But I could still purchase as buy 1 get the other 2 40% off….

Fantastic quality and extremely detailed. The colours are nice and vibrant and really brights up the room.

I brought the 'monkey rainbow' design In their largest size (150cm x 100cm). I brought it on the Wednesday morning, dispatched on the Thursday and delivered by 11am Friday.

The fitment that comes with it are strong and easy to fit. It took me about half an hour to fit but that's only because I'm a bit of a perfectionist and wanted to dead central. If you you're not that bothered then it takes less than 5 minutes.

It came very well packed with foam around every edge and covered in bubble wrap. It was deliverd by DX which I find to be a much better courier service than the industry leaders.

They are a little bit expensive but their prices I would say are similar to competitors with the same quality. This is not some cheap mass production junk but instead a peice of quality artwork.

EDIT: Knocked 2 stars off as the after sales support is absolutely non existent. The fixings were missing so emailed them in the hopes they would send some out but they don't respond to any emails. It's been a week now but ended getting some my own the next day.
