After much research on debt consolidation companies, I found glacier Bay to be the most authentic and trustworthy. I reached out to them and originally spoke to John Carrozzella. He explained the process to me thoroughly. He was very strait up in telling me which accounts could and could not be settled and this is VERY IMPORTANT because a lot of these credit consolidation companies will take in ALL accounts and some banks won't work with them. It will leave you in a worse place than you started. After working out an affordable rate, I started my journey to resolving my debt. After that, Theodore Percivial became the main handler to my account. He was always very pleasant to speak to and he made sure to be in constant communication with me. Within 8 months I believe they had already settled 5 accounts out of 10. Currently, since I've made all payments on time with no issue, I was offered a loan by New Credit America which works with Glacier Bay to get ALL my accounts settled immediately. So basically I started with glacier bay in February and its now end of December and ALL my debts are settled. LESS THAN ONE YEAR working with them! I look forward to not being harassed by creditors on my phone all day long. I highly recommend Glacier Bay Law, they have given me a path to resolve and end my debt.
