Once my issue was picked up they engaged promptly.

I never give a company one star. But if they chose the Royal Mail as their delivery agent I would go for minus 10. My package has been stuck between Swindon and reading . I’ve paid a 5 day delivery. Where is my umbrella? ???

Amazing umbrella- really works well and doesn’t flip inside out in the windy London rain like all other umbrellas!

Also love the case that keeps the umbrella dry and can double as a longer handle, no mess in my work bag anymore.

The umbrella is well made and the genius is the handle is hard plastic case meaning you don't have a wet umbrella hanging around or in your bag!

I've never been an umbrella person - until now.

I actually look forward to the rain now, because it means I get to put my Gilley to use - truly, it's a pleasure to use! I also had a small problem with my payment card and the customer service was a breeze. Great product and a great team behind it.

My only complaint is that I can't wait until they come out with more colors to gift to my friends and family!

I got caught in the rain the other day, and luckily, I had my Gilley with me. I easily opened it up, attached the handle, and then managed to store the Gilley away one-handed (and while holding a book!) as I entered a busy train. Excited to try it again!

I just got my Gilley and was able to use it immediately. I love the lightweight and sleek design. The case/handle combo is amazing and will keep for bag dry when you are done using it. Additionally, since the handle screws back onto the case you won’t lose this like you would with traditional umbrella covers. I highly recommend this product to anyone looking to get their next umbrella!

Solid build. Well-designed, dries off quickly and is easy to move around with. It doesn't hurt that you look like you're GQ magazine when you're out and about either.

I wasn’t sure at first because it’s a bit more than I’d pay for an umbrella but I’m glad I did! The hard case is so good, it looks cool and feels like it’ll last a long time. All my friends are asking me where I got the umbrella

Really enjoying this umbrella. You can tell that it’s good quality and holds up under intense conditions. The case is my favorite part b/c after use, u put it in the case and throw the umbrella in a backpack… no need to worry about getting anything wet. It’s funny how simple things make your day so much better.

I recently purchased Gilley’s. A brilliant product. I travel all over the country, self dry design allows me to keep my wet umbrella in my bag which is very handy. What an innovative design.

Phenomenal product. Very sturdy in the gustiest of winds. I live in Chicago, and I dont think I could buy a better umbrella.They thought of ever detail, and the carrying case is the perfect way to make sure I never leave it behind.

The Gilley umbrella is a great concept, and has been my 'go-to' umbrella for the last two months. The water tight case is a game changer in my opinion, as the umbrella is easily stored away into my bag after a wet weather journey. I look forward to seeing many more distinctive blue canopies in the near future!
