Joe has been very open and communicated with me throughout the whole process. I first contacted him regarding an SKX013 I purchased and planned to have him upgrade it with aftermarket parts. Long story short, the watch was lost in the mail.

He was very patient with me and listened to the vision I had for the watch. After a couple weeks, we were back to planning and scoping out parts. He assisted me with the parts search and was honest when I'd ask for his opinion of the parts.

I ordered a case kit, an oem dial, and oem 4r36 movement. He built it and did an excellent job with it. Nearly a week after, I decided I wanted a better case and I reached out to him. Lo and behold, he had just purchased a better case like I wanted and the timing couldn't have been better. I sent the watch back to him and he knocked it out of the park with the build. It truly looks like the watch has been upgraded.

I received a timely response and after answering some specific question about the watch he ordered the parts and built the watch. It shipped quickly and was packed nicely.
