I placed my order with this company and was sceptical from reading reviews but I can honestly say they have been very helpful sorting out a sizing issue I had and resent me a new hoodie out which fits perfectly.. The quality is good and the embroidery is excellent.. once i contacted them via email their response was prompt and communication was excellent so I’ve had to leave a review as I only have nothing but good things to say about them

This company is stealing photos from small businesses and using them on their site.

Very poor quality clothing and inaccurate size and colour.

Ordered 2 custom name sweatshirts. The pics show a Gildan sweatshirt which is generally a good quality brand. What arrived was mostly polyester material and the sweatshirts were so bulky and ill-fitting. The colours were completely off compared to the website. I ordered a medium and a 3XL, and they were almost the same size as each other. Way overpriced for complete garbage that shipped from mainland China, even though they're advertised as a UK company. Wish I had checked the reviews first before wasting $150 on 2 sweatshirts. Utterly disappointed. Way too embarrassed to give these as Christmas gifts.

Good quality (like H&M or Zara), but shipping needs improvement

I recently purchased a pullover and overall, I’m quite satisfied with the product itself. The quality was actually better than I expected (reading all the reviews here) — the fabric feels soft from the inside, and even the stitching looks nice and professionally done.

However, the shipping experience wasn’t great. It took two full weeks to arrive, and the tracking updates were unreliable at best. When it finally came, the package didn’t look very secure — it seemed like it had been opened, possibly at the border. It wasn’t nicely packed either, which was a bit disappointing.

If you’re patient and mainly care about the sweet product, I’d still recommend it. But the shop could definitely improve on the logistics and presentation side.

I luckily stopped before I actually ordered the sweatshirt item. Something seemed off when I had to google their phone number, and a recording answered and said no one was available and to reach out to them by email. I did that, but there was no trace of having sent the email, which I know I sent. Then I read these reviews, and I'm convinced it's way more trouble than it's worth. Nice website, nice graphics, probably a lot of BS. I'm out.

It’s a scam. Dont do it. Ordered 2 sweatshirts on November 20. Didn’t even receive a confirmation email after placing order. Luckily I screenshotted my order when I placed it. Policy says they will never ship items separately but they did. First my one sweatshirt didn’t even ship until after the 3 weeks and it still hadn’t shipped to I reached out to the company. Then they offered a partial refund only to never respond after that. I wrote a bad review on their Facebook ad and they blocked me. Then they took away their offer for even a partial refund and said “that was meant for someone else” finally received one sweater for on dec 12. Terrible quality. When requesting for refund of other sweater on dec 12 which still had not shipped they didn’t respond. Then shipped second sweater on 18. They then offered at 15% discount to which I said no, I want full refund and requested it over and over only to have you not respond and ship well after I asked for refund. No response. Still nothing and no sweater. This is a scam

Don't bother buying from this site. They say quick delivery. What a joke. I have been waiting for 5 weeks now for my product. They won't refund my money. Terrible business operations.

The slowest order ever. Took longer than the shipping time on website. I received a 5% refund because of the delay but this was AFTER I emailed them several times to follow up. I had to email to remind them to send through the refund as well.

The quality is very low as well. The hoodies are so thin. They wouldn't even keep you warm on a hot summers day they're that thin.

When they arrived, the items were just thrown in the bags- there was no sign of an attempt to fold them. They were creased terribly as a result of being chucked in the bay in a ball.

All in all - definitely try elsewhere. Would not use again.

Came up on my FB ads. Ordered two sweats for fathers day in August. Only 1 has arrived a week after father's day.
Will be doing a chargeback via my credit card to get my money back.

big delay on the delivery and no answer from anyone when you want some answers, it finally arrived no impressed with the material though.

Dont bother purchasing from this company. It's a joke. Ordered over a month ago ( for fathers day) , it still hasn't arrived. Didn't do my research enough and read the reviews!! Giftyhubz advertised their company in N.Z, it is not there, it's coming straight from China. Tracking had stopped, customer service is atrocious - don't bother. They won't give a refund unless you send the product back ( to China) but we haven't even received the product. Complete waste of money. Stay away!!!!

Got my order in the mail yesterday! Took nearly 3 weeks from placing my order to receiving it. I didn't receive a confirmation email but customer service responded to my email enquiry quickly and provided me with my tracking number (make sure you take screenshots of your order number when you place it).

Hoodies look great and feel like they are decent quilty. Sizes are accurate, it fits my husband perfectly. He loves it!

Put through order and money taken. No receipt sent - lucky I took a screenshot because that's my only proof. Advertised for Fathers Day, so I thought it would arrive in time, but I have zero communication from the company. Very sad, especially when every dollar spent counts for our family.

I saw ad as on fb and thought wow this looks alright. I purchased on 17/8 from Melbourne, Aus. And still waiting on this. Didn’t realise I got NO RECEIPT just a payment from my bank they took out ..

We were so disappointed in this company's product and costumer service. We received our order the first time and there were issues with quality - my hair was the wrong color, my husband did not have a moustache, etc. They agreed to replace but the second order had the same issues. According to their refund policy if you reach out within a certain timeline and the issue is quality they will refund your purchase. However, they would only refund $21 of the $90 we spent. We will not be ordering from them again.

Scam. Order with embroidered photo which in the listing looks amazing is disastrous. Opposite color of hair of people and a hand, black line going through a persons face. Very not net job. No refund even after admitting they butchered it. They have a sneaky way to get positive reviews on the listing- they auto put 5stars at the beginning of the review so that you don’t notice it and leave it 5, thus all the reviews are negative but have 5 stars. Trying to put a negative review doesn’t work, tried 5 times…don’t waste money and time

I placed my order on May 23. Almost a month later the order is still in transit with multiple strange movements in tracking information such as emails and various airport departure airport arrival without the names of airports. I hope i will get my order some time soon, which was unfortunately supposed to be a present for Fathers day.

Lidt lang ventetid, men virkelig flot trøje! Havde endda skrevet en fejl, som jeg bare kunne skrive en mail til giftyhubs og få rettet med det samme.
