Easy to use checkout process
Easy to use checkout process. There was a 1.72euro fee to book the experience even though we had a gift
voucher. I assume this was a booking fee but it wasn’t made clear which would have been better.

However, in some cases, tour providers may adjust their pricing, or currency fluctuations may result in a small outstanding balance when redeeming a gift voucher—this is unfortunately beyond our control. The gift purchaser is notified of this when finalizing their purchase.

I couldn't book the experience I wanted on the right date via the website which was frustrating. However, I contacted Gifting Owl and they were really helpful and managed to help me and book me in within a few hours.

Many great gift options to choose from
I used Gifting Owl to purchase vouchers for a friend moving to Australia. There was a good range of options to choose from, including workshops, dining experiences, and outdoor activities. The checkout process was quick and easy and I got the voucher emailed to myself so that I could then easily forward it to my friend when I wanted to (or could have printed it out as well). Also, the voucher is valid for another three years, so that's another added benefit, letting my friend use the voucher whenever they're ready.

Very pleasurable evening
The weather forecast was not looking favourable (rain and wind) so we were contacted and offered an upgrade to larger vessel with more space to shelter. As it turned out, it was a windy but dry evening so we were able to enjoy the cruise outside. The generous grazing platters were very appetising and with Sydney Harbour landmarks as a backdrop, the cruise was very pleasurable.

It would have been better if…
I was sent the review request the day after booking so this is a review of the booking process - not had the experience yet. The email will be buried under weeks of other emails by the time I have the experience & lost!
Booking website would have been better if there were clear guidance Re the redeeming process and what would happen when you put in your code. I held off putting in my voucher no. In case it started a process that compelled me to purchase on that visit.
Also the way the hotel option worked having an indication of what hotels were included sooner would be good - it says hotel break and the options for $325 included 1 Star looking motels & backpackers!
