I was gifted an Owl coupon and when I tried to book an attraction, I was unable to. I dealt with a number of customer service agents via email and every one of them were very polite and helpful. They even followed up to make sure I got everything sorted. Nothing but praise for this company. I'll be sure to use them in the future.

You'll notice that most of the reviews are from people buying gift vouchers for others. Not the unlucky people who have to deal with the experience of trying to use their gift.

The website is organised terribly, so difficult to filter on experiences in a certain area (I tried several times to find something to do in places I was visiting), I finally found a Chicken Itzen tour, which was 1.5x the price of getting the hostel I was staying to organise the same tour, but felt like I had to use the voucher anyway. When I went to pay, the order would simply not go through on the website. I tried dozens of times, and it would not work.

So now, a year later, I still have a completely useless £100 voucher sat in my account.

I feel bad for my siblings, who paid for the voucher, not knowing what a scam this website is. I just want to get a refund for them.

Absolutely breathtaking experience. The Kuranda Scenic Rail and Skyrail Tour surpassed all expectations. The highlight was definitely the view of Barron Falls! Everything about the tour was well organised and went exactly to schedule. Highly recommend if you're visiting Tropical North Queensland.

A really great food tour. Lots of delicious food with good information about the food and also interesting information about the area as well which was very cool.
