Great cup of coffee, Costa St Andrews, but the tables needed wiped, the wheelchair ramp was missing going in, then the woman realised struggled with the wheelchair and then she put it out. As for the tables, the place was quite empty so no need for the tables to be covered in crumbs, not to mention the floor covered under the tables with bits of muffins. No need for it.

Visit Costa in Wyndley yesterday to hear the manager screaming and shouting at the staff in front of customers. This isn’t the first time Ive heard of this here but my first time witnessing it. I feel so very sorry for some of the employees here as they are very young so guessing their first job. What a toxic place to work. Please remember your managers are supposed to lead by example not rule with an iron fist. Poor choice in management Costa!

Wouldnt recommend them to anyone !! Their customer service is appalling !! Trying to contact them by email or dm is a joke. Not surprisingly no phone number. Your lucky if you receive a response !! When replying back, they dont bother. Am considering deleting my a/c with them & buying from an independent coffee shop where its slightly cheaper & not bothered about the loyalty scheme.

If I could give o I would I have tried to get in touch with customer service but no luck I’ve lost my costa card and someone found it and had been using it !!!! I’ve tried emails and no numbers to get in touch ! Still no reply no email or message

Bought a £15 e-gift card for a friend in hospital, friend hasn't received it, we've triple checked the e-mail address, their spam/junk folders etc, we simply don't have it.

Contacted Costa through their web form, the only way to contact them a week ago, repeated this twice since and even tried messaging them through Twitter/X.

Not a single response from Costa, just automatic reply when you first submit the form. Absolutely terrible customer service, how can a company of this size and profit be able to act this way?

Nantwich Costa Coffee Id give it Zero stars if I could. My friends, family and I usually love Costa coffee for a drink and snack. Although I have never used this one to eat in and I won't be going at all now. We've always bought Costa vouchers for each others birthdays as a treat too. Today I was absolutely shocked of how I was treated by 2 staff in there, it's a long story but basically they were arrogant and rude and because I dared to complain at being ignored and left waiting whilst the male who should know better ( he's not a youngster) was busy chatting to the lady before me and allowed another woman to push in front of me and started chatting away to her making his serving far longer. Very reluctantly the young female served me with a right attitude because I had complained to the man and I was not thanked for my custom at all. Absolutely appalling attitude from staff I'm making a formal complaint.

It's 6 days since I replied to Costa customer service with my details of events that caused me to complain and I've heard absolutely nothing back!!! 10 days now and still no response say's a lot about their whole customer services from shop floor to management.

Update it is now 31/07/24 At last I have received a reply. They have sent an apology and complimentary drinks. And are going to look into my complaint and send on to management. But I won't be using Costa coffee in NANTWICH ever again..

Nice day, thought I'd have a coffee and toastie at Costa. Usually pretty good and, as a disabled customer, they have always bought my drinks etc to the table. Very much appreciated. However on this day I sat outside with my coffee and waited for my toastie to be called. And waited. And waited just a little bit longer. I eventually went in to the store to find my stone cold toastie sitting on the counter - " we called the order a few times" was the response with attitude. I wrote in to complain but again, was given a rather abrupt "you're fault you didn't hear it being called and we don't offer table service" Well if that's the case, don't put chairs and tables outside and be consistent with helping disabled customers. Will certainly think twice in future about stopping there for a snack.

Tasty food and well presented and served. really nice staff, who made you feel welcomed, at the Devices cafe in the market square. I shall definitely take my great nephews, who are 4 & 6 !, very soon, as the cafe layout is nice airy and open, with great background music.

I had big problem getting back into Costa App but manager Andrew took great time and effort to help and sort out problem.Big thankyou to Costa Norwich Next branch,would highly recommend.

Really expensive, terrible reward scheme. Using a reusable cup often results in you getting less and half the time they use a plastic cup to make your drink which defeats the point. Also shocking customer service, never had a good experience with them, they don’t care.

My granddaughter works at a branch of Costa coffee in the centre of Brighouse.
The past two times she was supposed to receive her wages on the Friday. Here we are on Monday and she STILL hasn't been paid, same carry on as last time.
I cant seem to find the head office. Absolute rubbish!! I hope she won't be there much longer.
No wonder their profits are high!

The Swindon outlet this am. Coffee good, clean good service. I had a bacon roll, you need good eyesight to find the bacon, had better at M@D or Greggs

Visiting the store yesterday 25.6.24. We were visiting with 4 people with disabilities. We were served no issues, young girl served us taking our order, nice girl no issues. One of our people spilt hot coffee over her arm. Lovely customer seen the coffee on the floor came over with blue cloth to mop up. Very kind of her. When I approached the counter no one was around only the girl serving coffees. Other staff were there but not serving. Took time to get her attention. When I did said she was too busy to get me blue roll and cold water. I shouted louder that it was for a burn. No reply carried on. We did manage to get more blue roll ice and water with the help of the kind customer and the other staff working.

Very disappointed in responses from this server!! Also no one came over to ask if everything was ok or offered any first aid.

I thought the customer was a staff member she was so attentive asking and reassuring our lady. So we greatly appreciated your kindness and responses

My wife went inside while I sat at a table outside, I'm 72 and was exhausted after walking up from our boat in the marina.( we had just arrived that morning) After being sat outside for almost 40 minutes I was cold and decided to sit inside and see why it was taking so long. It was obvious they were quite busty but instead of appologising and saying that , ( which i would have accepted) the young girl behind the counter was quite rude asking me if I expected table service outside not realising my wife had been in the que all this time ,she totally denied that I had been waiting so long, or even at all, placed my coffee on the counter and said " have a nice day" ( i was until I met her) she took the meaning of condecending to a new level, So unprofessional ,centainly not front of house material ..Requires more training. Almost spoilt our entire day.

Rip off merchant. Got a £2 treat drop from them and decided to use it. What a mistake that was. It actually ended up costing me more money than if I hadn’t used it. Had 2 medium drinks and toast (usually £9.98 for the 2 ) and had a blueberry muffin £2,80 got charged £13.10 after using the £2 voucher - Costa’s excuse was the £2 voucher wipes out the toast and drink offer. The only treat drop was into THEIR bank account - beware of this dodgy practice they are only after your money and not interested in looking after the customer

Very bad place to be. I came in to have a coffee and a cake I'm a disabled person with weak legs so i can't stand for too long. I got the coffee but not the cake. So I got up again to ask about the cake. There was a lady and I asked about the cake and she asked if I already paid. I said I did but the guy didn't give me a receipt. She was talking to me like I'm a beggar. I have a walking stick and she can see I'm a disabled person. I felt really bad.

Absolutely appalling service’ at Royal Surrey County Hospital. I waited 20 minutes to be served, bearing in mind this is a hospital environment, and the attitude of the staff was atrocious. I still didn’t get served and asked for a refund. I generally like Costa Coffee but today was something new. 3 staff, one serving and the other two ‘faffing’ around. Had no interest in serving customers (despite their hospital visit needs) and could not believe how they ‘blamed’ lack of staff on their diabolical attitude. As one human to another, it was embarrassing. Surely this is not how people want to turn up in life? Lacklustre, lazy and lethargic. Captive audience allows them to get away with it …. Shocking tbh x
