Very disappointed that you have stopped taking coffee pods for recycling, and supplying the bags.

I'm truly shocked with the feedback I see. I must be lucky. My Eltham one is great. Good customer service and always getting my lush drinks be it a frappe or my latte to a tea (no pun intended). Been in early morning today and lovely ladies on and friendly even in this heat.

I placed an online order for quick collection, but when I arrived I had to queue for 10 minutes just to be told my drink wasn’t ready. They asked me to step aside while counter customers were served straight away.
After waiting 15 minutes and asking again, they admitted they had made mistakes. Suddenly my drink appeared, but they had no idea who it was for and even blamed me for not asking for it sooner.
The online ordering system is completely pointless. Poor organisation, zero communication, and a total waste of time. I won’t be using the app or this branch again.

Placed an on line order and went to the store to collect at the pick up point as instructed. Spoke to staff member and was told to wait a minute. Five minutes later asked again. Second staff member told me I’d have to join the queue as she didn’t know what I’d ordered. I expressed surprise as it was an on line order so I’d have expected them to be aware. Waited in a long queue and got to front, only to be asked again what I wanted. I showed my order on my phone and asked what was the point of on line ordering if it took around 25 mins as opposed to the stated 5-8. Team member looked daggers at me. I said please could
I have my coffees or money back. Again she glared angrily and went off to arrange coffees. No apology or explanation and she walked away saying “I don’t know what you’re having a go at me for”. Truly dreadful customer service, no apology or any explanation for the need to queue for an on line order which turned out to be total waste of time.
I’ve used the Costa on line complaint function and the 500 character limit!! It’s now three days and I’ve had an automated reply and nothing else.
It will be a long time if ever I buy a coffee from Costa again. I came out feeling that I’d been a complete inconvenience to this team member. In future I won’t buy overpriced coffee and choose instead to get coffee from a local business who values their customers. Dreadfully poor Costa. You should aim for better.

I always have a great experience at Costa Coffee in my local area if Sale, Manchester, UK. Jenny is brilliant, she knows all her regular customers drinks and often what they want to eat. All the staff here are 100% amazing, can’t praise th enough.

Went into your drive through in Colchester and ordered the breakfast meal. First they said no bacon at 0820 in the morning. Then paid for the meal and got no orange juice. I normally go to Starbucks and I now see why Costa is a second rate chain

Getting far too dear the prices keep going up,pastries and cakes are extaortion,.love the staff just not good about the increases.

I can’t rate Costa Coffee in Nottingham, Victoria Centre high enough, they’re hard working, always busy, intelligent, instinctive, problem solving, so helpful, they don’t need any prompting to do anything, they just go ahead and do it, the service is impeccable and it’s very clean.

I've tried to write to Costa direct again today using their online form ....without success.I'm a doctor of health and exasperated that there is no way to make a valid and serious complaint about potential customer allergic reactions to dog hair, saliva etc. because their owners are not keeping their dogs on the floor but instead, allowing them to wander all over the upholstery.

The person who was with me yesterday actually saw that the owner permitted one if her two dogs to lick the residue food directly off the Costa tray apart from my previously posted review that the owner permitted the two dogs to wander all over the upholstery, unchecked. It was shocking.

This is not respecting people who may not even cope medically with dog hairs and their associated excretions.

What about people who don't wish dogs to be in catering establishments? No respect.

If it isn't really acceptable to have children jumping on upholstery with dirty shoes then why is it permissable for the dogs who have been walking through whatever on the ground to be on the upholstery? It is dangerous for vulnerable people and distasteful to those who would prefer not to share this space with dogs at all.

There are no bold signs or enforcement techniques to curb owners' behaviour and selfishness or adherence to health issues and hygiene issues.
Actually, here you have to click on one star to write a review but no star rating is what I wanted to award Costa.

Went to my local supermarket Tesco in western avenue Cardiff to get iced latte but it taste like shxx and no where near to the taste of coffee at all I am afraid. Bad performance and staffs needs more trainings on how to make a perfect coffee

Visiting Costa in pool Cornwall . Dirty table and floors while very quiet and furniture that’s you don’t want to sit on, see pictures.
Unkept and and unpleasant this dirty branch expect you to sit in chairs that are falling apart and floors fill with waste matter. Never again

I visited the St James Retail Park Newcastle store yesterday on foot about 11am with my dog. I couldn't enter the store with my dog so walked around to the drive through to see if I could use the intercom for my order.

A wonderful friendly and helpful member of the team saw this and came out of the rear door to see if she could help.

I explained the situation and she said, if you go and sit on the tables outside the entrance, she would bring my drink and a Pupaccino for the boy. 5 minutes later she came out with the drinks gave them to me and said have a moments happiness on me explaining that I didnt need to pay.

It was one of those rare life moments when someone makes a gesture of kindness you just dont expect. It absolutely made my day. I'm just so sorry I didnt catch the colleagues name as I would like to thank her properly.

I love Costa coffee but that was such an exceptional and unexpected act of kindness. Thank you for making my day x

The young lady who has just served us in the Woodseats store in Sheffield was very polite and extremely helpful, sorting my phone so I had wi - fi for the app,, carried, as we had our excellent coffee she continued to give helpful excellent service, our drinks were delivered very promptly. THE young lady's name was Rainee.

Bad attitudes and angry narcissistic witchy DeceptaCon staff.
I ordered a double macchiato and wanted a takeout but didn't say this until she started pouring into a sit in cup. She seemed a bit annoyed at this late request. When I got the take out drink the lid was not on properly and I had hands full so ended of dropping the drink all over the floor and a chair because I tried to grab the drink that was hot from the lid which resulted in a lost drink. The other girl cleaning up advised to get the girl to pour you another drink. When I did she seemed annoyed and visibly showing signs of disdain and anger. Had to argue with her to get another drink. Very weird and uncalled for attitude. When I got the drink I was surprised at how quickly she had prepared it and when I tasted it as I was walking away from the counter it tasted watery and weak.
When I turned around I caught her staring at me intently and she quickly looked away when I caught her eye. When I approached and told her the drink was not right she became angry and argumentative. Saying I’ve already made you two drinks I’m not making another one. So I had to say I’m not drinking that it doesn’t taste the same you tried to rip me off. She refused to serve me another drink and gave me a refund with attitude. The second drink also had a kink in the top rim of the cup and again the lid was not on securely. I think this was her being a passive aggressive loser and also to let me know that she did that deliberately on the first occasion. The other server tried to make some lame accuse for her friend and also tried to blame me for lying about my accusations which painted her in a similar light. I left went to another shop then came back 30 minutes later to get a coffee and was served by the other girl who I said all this to. I also told her that I thought that she was sexist and racist (in other words a narcissist). She said I’m sorry you feel that way but she was lying and was also angry at being called out on their creepy weird activities.

This is classic, a classic example of the weaponised incompetence of fear based cluster B personalities. Angry and insecure at their own lack and feel entitled to bring down and project all their self-loathing onto those high frequency humans that carry gods light. Their vessels are empty and are filled with legion.

If there is anyone that after reading this thinks that my assessment about the character of this girl is not one hundred percent accurate. I should let you all know that I am an empath a Heyoka empath. Or in other words a human lie detector, a human mirror and one of the chosen ones. Which means I’m also a human evil detector. My energy severely aggravates the demons that these people all carry. This is just one of numerous unprovoked incidents involving demonically influenced narcissistic creeps, they are everywhere in all professions. They cannot control their demons in the presence of high frequency high vibration humans they are desperate to steal your peace and your joy. All of those that choose to play with gods finest have cursed themselves, their families and the people around them.

Victoria Hospital Kirkcaldy- rudest staff ever! I said I didn’t like them asking if I wanted to buy more when I’d already ordered a coffee and muffin. I was told not to,”Take that attitude” or they wouldn’t serve me! That won’t be a problem because I won’t ever be buy from them again!!!

I placed an order via Just Eat with the Chingford, Old Church Road branch. Part of my order was a strawberry coconut matcha. When ordering I was given a choice of milk type and chose oat milk. I then received a rude note on my delivery circling the words ‘coconut’ and ‘oat’ and saying that I need to be specific. I was specific. I chose from the available options and do not expect to receive rude notes with my orders. I have complained to customer service.
