This has to be the most awful gift platform I've ever encountered. Everything they do is designed to annoy the user so much that they are willing to leave the money to them. This is not just a technically poor website. It is made to be awful by design! Even after logging into the account, for every single operation, you are being bombarded with security codes on the email. If you convert the money to branded cards and you request the card, they claim to send them to you via email. I had three such cards, I only received two. For the third one, it shows "Activation request sent", but there is no way to resend it.
There is no way to request a sent card again, there is no information when a card has been sent to your email. They did not bother to allow the user to change the password for the account. Horrible and terrible and I would advise any company that considers using them, to think again!

Zero stars if that was possible.
Got a corporate gift card, and using it has proved to be a nightmare. Firstly you can only convert to Woolworths and similar cards for $100, but you can get a Dan Murphy card for $500. Society has peaked it seems. Then there are the endless technical issues with card delivery via email. Unless you want to cause the recipient a lot of pain, avoid this business.
