This company have refused to compensate me for goods purchased in July. They make excuses after excuses . They are scammers . After all this time if they were a company of any decency they would have apologised and offered a refund. I wouldn't trust them . Dreadful company

I recently needed to purchase replacement bulbs, but unfortunately, it was quite difficult navigating the website to find them since they aren’t available for purchase in-store. On top of that, the chat feature on the website didn’t work for me—it kept glitching when I tried to connect with support. This made the process more frustrating than it needed to be.
However, I will say that their email support team was very prompt in replying to my inquiry, which was a relief after the challenges I faced on the website. While I appreciate the quick email response, I hope they can improve their website functionality and chat feature to make the experience smoother for customers in the future.

Part 1 Review-Customer Service
The title is Part 1-Review because I plan on submitting a Part 2 or maybe 3! I just ordered my Uvlizer and I have three of them. One bulb had a hairline crack in it and customer service was on it! They immediately sent me a new bulb and now I am ready to fire all three. So far, so AWESOME. Stay tuned.

My husband ordered a UVlizer and we have been highly impressed with the results. When I initially contacted them, they did not have my phone number and email on file because my husband ordered it. Even though I wasn't the one who ordered the device, I was equally impressed with the Customer Service support I received when my unit would not turn on and only flash the green and white light. They were prompt and responded to my email, provided simple troubleshooting instructions, and even shipped out a replacement unit all within the first 3-4 days of my initial contact. As I said, I have been highly impressed with the product and their customer service support. I appreciate them.

First, the product is wonderful! It does what they say it does. It kills mold, which is a huge blessing for me because I live on a farm in a river valley in New Jersey (The Humidity State) and I am super allergic to mold, dust, pollen, animal dander, perfumes, cleaning supplies, shampoos, etc….
The Uvlizer seems to take all of it out of the air. I can’t figure out how it gets rid of perfume stink and cleaning supplies but it does!
I bought it for the mold and it definitely kills it throughout our house. I have been moving it from room to room but just bought one for each room. Even our clothes would get that awful mildew smell but now I run the Uvlizer in the closet and it kills it.
Cleaning makes me sick between the dust that gets stirred up and the smell of cleaning supplies but running the Uvlizer gets rid of it all.
I love the way the house smells after I run it. I sleep better after I run it in my bedroom (after waiting an hour or so after it finishes)
I had an issue with one of my units and although it seems like customer service is mostly AI, they resolved my problem way more generously than I could have imagined. I am grateful.
I wish all companies were as honest and sold products as high a quality as Uvlizer!

Bad Business Practices
I ordered 1 Uvlizer on a Friday, then within 1 minute, another item popped up in my cart that I did NOT order! I canceled within an hour. I emailed at least 5 times over the weekend, only to get a one-line acknowledgement that they received my message and someone would get back to me. Monday came and I received a message that it shipped! Their explanation was that "it's almost impossible to cancel once it's been ordered." Now, 4 emails later, they expect me to send the order back and pay for the shipping! Very bad business practice! I am in conversations with Paypal to get a full refund. We shall see!
This company is a SCAM
This company is a SCAM. When I placed the order for the buy 2 get 1 free they only sent 2 and never sent the free unit. When I contacted the company about the missing unit they said I didn't order the promotion so I don't get a free unit. I said that I absolutely ordered the promotion and want my free unit. They refused to honor the promotion that I had ordered and would not send the free unit. I said that if I don't get the unit I want a complete refund including the shipping. I am still waiting for the refund
Uvilizers Quickly Fail in Short Amount of Time
I originally purchased 3 uvilizers. All of them reached the point where they would not power up; they would only chirp. The failure occurred in less than one year.
Uvilizer replaced them with another 3 units that ended up doing exactly the same thing. Each time, I never obtained a yesr’s service from any of the units.
The uvilizers are poorly constructed with inferior materials. This is not a “sour grapes review.”
I wasted money when I purchased the uvilizers. If you have uvilizers, and they continue to work, be very happy.
In contrast, I am very disgruntled with the product. I put the uvilizers where they belong—in the trash.
I am very sorry that I wasted money on such an inferior product.

I love my units, they leave a very clean smell in your house.
Both of my units went bad, probably because of storms. They were still under warranty and the customer service was amazing, I received both new units today.
