Being completely new to property and SA, I was skeptical on how easy it all sounded. After about 3 days I got my first place secured and just over a week later I had tenants staying there. The team at GSIP basically sold me a dream and delivered on their promise! All questions you may have will be answered and you are allowed to make your own decisions with the best advice available. I now have 2 places secured and I began my journey only 3 weeks ago. I couldn’t reccomend GSIP enough if you are looking to Get into property, they are deffinately the best about!

My experience with GSIP has been nothing short of amazing.
As a non-UK resident, GSIP helped me with sourcing and getting started with my first SA unit. Due to constraints of being overseas, they fully assisted me with both liasing and setting things up with the relevant parties. Although there were some hiccups along the way, GSIP has shown to be professional and quick in solving the problems.
Overall, I've been very pleased with how GSIP has managed this project and I will definitely look for them when it's time to get my hands on the next SA unit!

GSIP & Afam helped me to purchase my first buy-to-let property. I was initially very anxious and hesitant. I asked lots and lots of questions (and still do even now!).
