Very efficient service kept informed right through the process Jo Stead was always available to speak to would highly recommend. It cuts out all the middle men no constant viewing or people not turning up. Paid out same day of completion.

Company made what I thought was a very reasonable offer. They were very understanding when we pulled out due to receiving a better offer from a local buyer.
Staff were always professional and kept us updated regarding the process and where we were at each stage.

This was the only company that steadfastly stood by its original offer and Shanice maintained contact throughout.
Although I didn’t end up selling to them I did find their handling of the process was far superior to other companies of a similar type

Although it took a lot longer to complete, but that was our buyers solicitors fault. Joe and his team was very efficient and nothing was to much trouble, Thankyou guys we got there in the end

Joe Steed was our main point of contact and he was absolutely amazing! He never made me feel like I was calling at a bad time or that I was being a nuisance (even though I know I was as I was calling him multiple times a day). Joe was always professional and courteous and was always ahead of the game and what was happening with the sale of our house. We had quite a few ups and downs with our buyer and the chain going up, but Joe was always there to reassure me and explain things in a way that made sense, especially the legal jargon.
