My wife bought these as we like to be as eco friendly as possible. The glass bottles look great, but the shampoo and conditioner are not good.

Both of us have been left with scalps feeling itchy and our hair is wiry and dry.

Sadly we will be back on the hunt for another company to get refills for our glass bottles.

Shampoo smells amazing and coped with all the products (wax mouse etc) leaving my hair clean and fresh - the conditioner was light and left my hair soft and not weighed down
Overall very pleased with it and hopeful that it’s a big reduction in my plastic usage

Really impressed with the environmentally conscious packaging it came in. Wonderful product, so happy to be enjoying such lovely hair treatments in beautiful bottles and not worry about contributing to plastic pollution.

First of all I love the look and smell of these products. The amber bottles are lovely and stylish/minimalist in my bathroom.
They came in a really timely manner also.
When I got the original package unfortunately the conditioner had burst everywhere. Clearly this isn’t Soaked’s fault but Royal Mail. However, when I emailed about it I received a reply within minutes to say they were sending another immediately. This, again, arrived quickly with a lovely handwritten note to apologise. Shout out to Hollie and Ella for this-lovely touch and really appreciated.
I love the shampoo and no issues there. As I’ve read in another review the conditioner is a bit watery for my liking but I’ve seen a reply from the team to say they are working on this so I look forward to a new formula.
All in all I give 5 stars as service excellent and the only issue (runny conditioner) seems to be getting resolved. I’m already a loyal customer!

Wasn't sure if like these but thought I'd give it a try to cut down on plastic bottles. The first use did make my hair feel worse than usual, however after 2 weeks of using my hair feels great. My bathroom also looks a lot less cluttered!
I do feel is if you look closely at the conditioner bottle that the label is not quite sealed properly at the top however it's not that noticable and doesn't look like it will come off anytime soon.

Love the bottles, the pouches don't fill them up though!

This website is really misleading. The photos clearly show a full bottle of shampoo and conditioner. But the bottles arrive empty with a refill pack, the refill pack only fills just up to 2/3rds of the bottle.

You should be more transparent on this on your website. The reasons you give in the reviews for this being the case (allowing you space to refill via the monthly subscription) don’t stack up as the refills have a screw top and can easily be stored elsewhere until there is space on the bottle.

Measure out 350 ml of water in a measuring jug before buying and see if you are happy buying that much shampoo / conditioner for the price.

Love the shampoo and conditioner, left my hair feeling so silky and soft,and an absolute bonus it's in planet friendly packaging! Will definitely be buying refills, doubt I'll use any other shampoo/conditioner again

Smells great, leaves my hair shiny. Love the simple packaging aesthetic. Really happy with the product and would recommend it.

I think this is a fabulous idea! The bottles are really attractive and look great in the bathroom. Overall I think this is currently 3.5/5.

A few points to improve and I think this could really take off.

- The pouches didn't fill the glass bottles which was a little disappointing - only about a 2/3 full

- I think the pump for the bottle and the label could have been better quality, as I think the label will peel off if it gets wet (although I can't confirm this as it's not happened yet!).

- The conditioner does feel very thin.

Overall I think this is a good product, I got a promotion with the bottles filled for £15, and I don't think I would have wanted to pay £35 for the bottles alone.

A beautifully packaged, beautiful smelling, and beautifully considered product!

I love the concept. I love the design and the style. I found the shampoo nice but my hair is pretty thick and unfortunately the conditioner left my hair quite dry.

What I liked most was the smell. You need to convert that same smell into bath and shower products too. Would be really fab.
