They can help you with any queries or changes that you may have. However, if the change that you wish to make is impossible for you to do online, they will be happy to arrange a call back for you with a member of our customer service team who will be happy to help you with any queries over the telephone. Time consuming disaster of an experience
Do not take out car insurance with this company. Their processes are outdated and you can never speak to a human and spend hours sitting on a chat system . Their instructions of what information they require is unclear. Very time consuming and frustrating experience with this company. Dont be fooled into thinking you are saying money you will use up a significant amount of your time trying to deal with them that will cost you more in the end. Very poor service and a sign of how they would deal with you should you ever need to claim from them if the experience is like this when trying to actual take insurance out with them

In regards making a claim, all claims should be done directly with AIG claims team and you can find the contact number for them on our website in the contact sections.

I got my insurance for a really good price,comparing to other companies it saved me a lot's of money.They installed the telematix device in the car and its monitoring my driving,which keep me extra avare to keep the speed limits.
Renew my insurance online took few minutes.It was an easy and fast way to do .I am happy with this insurance company.
