Very inflexible basically told me on the phone that if I have multiple issues, they are unable to help me! I work at a desk and I have for over 20 years and as such my neck hurts my shoulders and my lower back and arms, but the person I spoke to to schedule the session told me I can only pick one of those as their therapist can only help with one. While it sounded like having a therapist, come to my home would be convenient, if the therapist is unwilling to help me with the issues that I’m having, it’s not helpful at all! They also require that you get a referral before they will see you. Even after I made it clear I would pay out of pocket, they were still unwilling to help me with multiple issues! --- To make this clear since they replied about "insurance nuisances", I told them I would pay out of pocket for the first visits, that did not matter, their therapist's can only help you with pain in one area so don't bother to call them if you have multiple issues from working at a desk!

Jeff has been absolutely fantastic. He explains everything he is doing and why in layman's term from range of motion measurements to exercises plus he is very punctual which is very important to me. Having in home therapy vs going to a facility is so convenient. Truly would recommend to all if it can work for you!
