I scheduled for early morning labs, next day and took one of 3 slots available for 5-7 am for labs that had to be done early. I received confirmation, then a request to reattach my lab work, then another reminder. At 6:30 pm they sent an email saying my labs had been rescheduled for 4 business days from when I scheduled.

It also charged me $99 for a two hour time slot which is supposed to be $79.

Unprofessional and unreasonable. I won't use this service again.

Ty was ready to go this morning. One jab, no bruising. She did an amazing job and I would highly recommend her. I am so thankful that this service is available! No need to wait an hour in the germ-filled lab waiting area for an appt you had to make a week ago for a test you needed a week ago. This can be done anywhere. Thank you!

My phlebotomist name was Nicole. She was very friendly made me feel extremely comfortable. They came to my house, which was so convenient. They updated me with notifications as to when she would arrive so that I was prepared. I would definitely do it again.

I am house bound and old and decrepit. Being able to have the lab blood collection at home really was wonderful. The technician who collected the specimens was efficient and very competent. The staff went to extreme measures to help me and were patient with my limited computer skills.

Technician was on time, efficient, prepared, and professional. Loved the communication leading up to appointment about tech ETA, and various other messages to make me feel very informed. This was a far more reliable, efficient alternative to visiting a lab location.

Zhane was an awesome Phlebotomist. Cant even tell I had a test flawless. On top of the very pleasent for 5:30 AM. I will be using this service again!

My experience was great! Rebecca arrived on time and was efficient and precise. She drew my blood and was gentle and I didn’t feel the needle. I signed up for this blood draw to check for cancers. My husband passed last year from cancer and it was devastating. I truly appreciate Rebecca’s kindness and professionalism as she treated me very careful. I only wish my husband would have had that kind of respectful experience at the hospitals and treatment centers. Instead we were a number and I remembering feeling like stock of cattle. By coming to my house to draw blood, I felt special. That is the highest compliment. Thank you

Kweyonouh was incredibly kind, patient and thoughtful, and did everything to make me feel comfortable. She was gentle and friendly, and I would absolutely use this service again, and request her personally, if possible. Fantastic and such a relief!

The phlebotomist was, prompt, professional, proficient and personable. I did not even feel the needle inserted.
