I love them, they made filing the small claims case and the service of process very easy. It was very stress free. I had to sue my own cousin for non payment of rent plus thousands in property damage and stolen property. It was stressful for me to think about flying to Nevada to file the case and do service of process. I found Dispute online and they bundled servo and the filing for only $349. I got a personal concierge that was a really nice touch and everything went smoothly from the filing to the service. I am pretty confident I will prevail in court.

Despite not knowing the recipient's address and needing to cancel my services. GetDispute.com was quick to issue a refund, apologize for not being able to help.

I found their service very useful when attempting to recover my security deposit from my landlord after 5 months. They have everything streamlined from the initial dispute letter, to the case filing process, notarizing documents, and tracking. All in one integrated system.

The only complaint I had was they waited until the 4th attempt at serving to let me know there was an issue with the address. It also took a few days for them to get a response from their system about the details of all the service attempts. An improvement with that piece of the process would've made it a 5-star experience.

My landlord ended up paying, presumably after seeing the letter in the mailbox and their note on his door.

All in all, they're a good service and have all the tools you need for a successful filing from the comfort of your home. I will use them again if I ever have the need to.

I would give a zero if I could!! I have waited 3 imonths without any success . It took weeks before they told me I had selected the wrong court. They 2 months without serving the plaintiff. I finally called the court and hired them. He was served in 3 days. I asked for a refund and it was refused. Very disappointed!

Didn’t file correctly and played the blame game.

I hired this service to file my simple small claims court. First, I try to download my documents from them and notice on my proof of service that there was a typo error. I let them and they changed it, all good right? No.. When I arrived to my case, it was continued because the proof of service was not done correctly. I contacted Trey from dispute and he’s telling me he can’t help because he needs to find out who is at fault and if I want to serve my defendant again it will cost me $85. It’s clearly their fault… it’s not mine, I hired them to do a service. I drove 8 hrs, stayed in a hotel, and wasted 2 days only to have to come back in 2 months because it wasn’t filed correctly. I hired them to do a service and it was not done, simple as that. Plus they are doing nothing to rectify it, only trying to point fingers elsewhere. On top of that, no one will call me so I wasted 2 more days going back and forth via email. Even if it’s the process servers fault, they hired them and filed the paperwork. It sure as hell isn’t my fault.. I’m flabbergasted at the way they are passing the buck and not handling their mistake.

Excellent service provided by get dispute; the system is very easy to use, proper documents, allows you to edit and good results. Most of all the team members are very responsive to messages and emails, helpful. When I had to cancel a service sine I received a settlement they were very happy to do it and refunded me my money for the process.

I am a very busy person and didn't have the time to deal with filing out the paperwork needed to file a small claims lawsuit. So I though I would give these guys a try. I was very pleased how easy they made it. They handled everything from start to finish. All I had to do is show up to the court date. Which I won by the way! I would 100% recommend this company to anyone.

Your customer service is awful. You cannot follow up and your forms are misleading and incorrect for Texas. Total waste on time and money. I am requesting a refund.

I paid for their services almost a month ago. They still haven't prepared my court paperwork. I would never recommend them.

The service I choose was the demand letter. It was the best option in handling a dispute with an individual to get paid for items bought on OfferUp. Communication was excellent, updates with USPS Tracking was excellent, use of website was easy, the process was simple and easy navigate, and Yes I received payment shortly after individual receive demand letter.

Far faster and cheaper than using my attorney — way easier than doing everything myself. Not having to go to a courthouse or call a court (good luck finding time during their three hour windows) to file is a game changer.

They generated all the forms I needed to file in court. Format of the forms needs improvement. but in all I'm pretty happy and that's all I wanted: pay some money and save myself tons of time to push forward my case.
