Fell for the "after' photos
My deck needed some TLC, saw a company advertised on my community group, did some (basic) research, and fell for the (unverifiable) company reviews and the 'after' photos. End result was a really shoddy job, patchy staining, splatters of resin on walls etc, and a white ooze after rain due to improper curing. When I pointed all this out, no communication. To add insult to injury, he then posted his totally doctored photos on social media, showing my deck as a gleaming, lovely, poster worthy deck for all deck enthusiasts! When I called him out on this I was immediately blocked. Refused all contact. I am in the process of a complaint to CBS, and legal avenues for refund of deposit. Wish I could post photos on here, as they show the true level of deceit of this bloke. I was able to post some on Product Reviews. Please look at them if you are considering this company.
