The app is easy to use it's built my credit score up. I like the fact I can pay off the balance when I can. I also like the store credit.

Great app to build your credit up started with £50 credit and I have now £100 waiting for my credit limit to go up with them as long as you keep up with your payments on time you get a increase soon 3/4 months later

I’ve been with bits now for a while and always answered all my queries or problems asap. And it’s a handy card to have for people with not great credit . Plus you can buy vouchers and pay in two .

The initial information was completely inaccurate. I applied for a £1500 credit card and after 2 months it turned out that it wasn't. This system is only good for purchasing vouchers from stores, and that means that for example I have to pay £17 from a £25 voucher, the rest is calculated from the credit limit. The whole thing is completely pointless and that's why I had to pay £42 a month. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone, huge disappointment and unnecessary waiting for nothing.

Never had an issue

I had a few issue with my account for a while. Zeek the Manager, took control of my case every step of the way. It might have been a bit of a lengthy process due to the issue. But Zeek understood my concerns and worries and resolved the issue with my account and was very helpful.
