My son loves the beaverbot we got him for Christmas! Customer service has been great in responding to all my questions and concerns. We love making all kinds of projects with this cardboard saw. I highly recommend to anyone with a creative child!

We have a Beaverbot that my 4 kids love! We recently misplaced our power supply. Customer service was kind enough to reach out and get us a new one quickly so my kids can keep on creating!

Terrible customer service, Ordered October 2025 and received opened/defective product with missing items. It was a christmas gift, which stopped working the next day! I reported the problem immediately and the returns process took a very long time. After finally getting a replacement it was a different model, and they wanted me to pay return shipping and a restocking fee to send it back again!! I filed a dispute with my credit card company and provided evidence of all the issues and customer service emails, and they made in a decision in my favor so my credit card was refunded. WOULD NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN, WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD. 5 MONTHS OF HASSLE!!!

What a fabulous piece of equipment! My son Lewis loves using it, and has already made so many different projects with it. As a registered childcare provider, I have also introduced the Beaverbot to my older minded children. The children enjoy the independence of using this tool whilst developing their fine motor skills. We look forward to purchasing another for our toddler group and introducing it to other children and their carers.

The Beaverbot Cardboard Cutter has been one of my children’s most loved and played with belongings. They use it for hours creating fun projects and I love that they’re developing useful skills in the process. I feel good knowing that it’s completely safe to use (no way for children to get cut or hair to get caught) and that it’s so easy for little hands to operate. I’ve purchased so many toys throughout the years that are played with briefly and then tossed aside. The Beaverbot is a game changer in the toy market!

I would give zero stars. I ordered the Beaverbot from the company website. It said delivery in the US would take 5-8 days. The product actually shipped from China. I never received my order. I have tried to reach out to the company in every way possible. The customer service number does not work, no one responds through email or the online chat. I even tried reaching out on Facebook messenger. Nothing! I am so disappointed!!!

Poor customer service. No regard for child safety. Adaptor sent to convert to UK plug after sending the wrong plug. Adaptor was dangerous,pictures sent to customer service team. No support or resolution offered. Unusable Christmas gift :(

I had an issue with a product, and, being handy, I tore the unit apart to identify the issue was with a "plug-and-play" motor. So I reached out and ask them to send me a new motor. Much to my surprise, not only did they express an interest in finding out exactly what the problem was so they could trouble shoot, they offered to replace the unit. The customer service team answered emails promptly (usually the next day) and provided complete, accurate information. Now, in todays world, that kind of customer service is rare. I worked for over 30 years with Customer Service Departments reporting to me. I wish I was able to get my teams to the same level that I know experience with the BB team. I give them a solid Triple AAA rating!

Our school district purchased BeaverBots for our Makerspace last year and they have been a huge hit. Our students love to use them to create cardboard creations and we love that they are safe for them to use on their own.

I am a teacher and got this through a fundraising website. It worked great and my students loved using it but one day it went kaput. I emailed beaverbot and they sent me detailed videos on how I could repair it. Unfortunately the repair that they sent did not resolve the issue. I am hoping that they can help me either fix it or can replace it for my class as my students loved using it and it was really helpful in making our projects.

I had a power issue with my beaver bot and the support staff were amazing. They replaced power cord two times. And now it works amazingly. My grand daughter is so happy. The product is awesome
