Complete rip off from start to finish! Avoid!
Rip off from start to finish!
1. They advertise that they are selling the same thing (Aurivita is implied by packaging) but for much less. The bag in the add shows 240 softgels (Aurivita has 180).
2. They twist your arm to buy the Buy One Get One offer, at the very least. Who would refuse and say "No, just give me the one?"
3. When the package arrives, it contains two sample size packs of 45 gel caps.
When you write to request a refund, they reply quickly saying, "I'm sorry but we will not be able to give you a refund."
When you ask why not, the reply "Because you don't qualify."
When you reply yet again asking them how it is that you don't qualify, they point you to the fine print that says promotional pricing, including Buy One Get One Free is excluded from refund! lol
I immediately went on their site to make sure they wouldn't autosubscribe me. They had me enter my email, and it replied "You don't have any subscriptions."
So I emailed them directing them to remove me from any autosubscribe. They replied that yes, I was enrolled in autosubscribe, and that in order to cancel that, I would need to reply to confirm the request I had already sent them! Which I did, and heard nothing in response.
So I contacted my credit card company, canceled the card and had a new card issued to stop any further shenanigans. A pain, but essential in this case I believe. I then filed a chargeback dispute. I received an email from Get-Jacked.co within a couple hours, no explanation, just that my order had been refunded in full.
I will be binning the gelcaps, no way am I going to put anything this company shipped me into my body!
Cayenne pepper works, but you have to be sure you are getting what you paid for, from a reputable company. Lesson learned!
