It's a scam site don't buy from there!! i bought TCA acid and saw the reviews after, so i wrote and ask if i need to cancelled through my bank, they answered so gave them a little time, but never heard from them again. someone get the site shut down, whoever runs the site is located in England bank wise. low lifes

I’ve been getting my exfoliating acids from this site for absolutely ages. Just thought I’d share my experience with my latest order. I placed a massive order recently, and when the parcel turned up, I was absolutely chuffed to find they’d popped in a few freebies that I hadn't even asked for. Such a lovely touch! )
​P.S. Really gutted they haven't stocked their Matrixyl and Argireline serums for a while now. They were hands down the best I’ve ever used.

This site is a scamsite. Do not use.

I've made an order on November 27 and until now no update about it. Send several emails waiting for an answer until today got zero response. I don't know what's is going on. I bought from their website a lot of times before and never had any problem. Had no other choice to talk to Paypal. Now I'm waiting for a solution.

I am making an edit to this review below:
A while after opening the paypal case the item was finally sent out and i received it.
All of this worry could have been avoided had they bothered to respond to any of my emails to update me on the hold up!
I did receive my item and I have used it and it is genuine glycolic acid.
This would have been a 5 star review except for the negative experience in buying and feeling like I had been conned as one month after purchase, i still hadnt recieved an item that should have been dispatched within 1-2 days...
I bought an item through this site, after seeing the product on amazon from them, which then became unavailable.
I paid £60 via paypal and it was supposed to be shipped within 1-2 days.
I never received the item, nor did i receive any confirmation email from the company as you normally would with a retailer...I only received my receipt from Paypal.
So i emailed them after a while asking after my product and never received a reply.
I then emailed them via Paypal and still received no reply, so I opened a paypal case that they still have not responded to.
I then googled them on scam alert and read what they had to say about the site analysis and I am convinced by my experience plus that info that this is a scam site!
Thank goodness that I paid via paypal so have a chance of getting my money back!
