Not really what its made out to be.

All in all I would use it as one option while looking for a car but would certainly not rely only on them. You should be aware of the following:

1. You cannot choose the best deal between two different vehicles. I was interested in a Hyundai and a Mazda which were similar RRP. I was not able to say whichever gives the best deal is the one I'll take. Had to choose 1 and see what came back.

2. They were quite pushy. The process works by tender, so every time a tenderer responds they encourage you to take it. I eventually had to tell the consultant he was over $2000 more than the quote I got myself. Once he found that out he came back with a quote that was about $550 less than I was quoted. It is nowhere near the $1000's of savings they advertise.

3. Part of the service is that the car is delivered to you (except it does not happen at least in Canberra). We had to travel further to collect the car than if I had purchased it through the local dealer.

I found this vehicle broker as a result of going to auto expert.com.au. I read reviews that said it worked well - so I gave it a go. Nothing to lose!

Great experience. They were able to obtain my car $4000 better than the best price I was able to obtain. Along with extras like car mats and window tinting. Great communication from Dave Cates, the consultant who looked after me. I don't think I'll ever buy a new car without Georgie doing my bidding for me.

I dislike salespeople, especially car salespeople. I thought I'd give Georgie a go and see what they spin up. Turns out they are genuine and really do look after the buyer. Unbelievably simple. Amazing. Some people love the 'cut and thrust' of negotiating with salespersons. That is not me. I told the Georgie Rep what I wanted, including the extras (even a phone-holder). The Rep chatted to understand me and tailored his advice to me accordingly. Then he did the rest. I wanted a 'just released' model, for which discounts are virtually impossible to obtain in the initial months, but Georgie achieved a discount I was more than happy with. Georgie makes it so easy.
