I like the idea, unfortunately I don't like how it goes black, it seems to react with the plastic or the metal of the tube.

Use the fluoride toothpaste in a tube. Pleasant flavour and have been to the dentist over the year I have been using and teeth are in good health. Did buy one of the jar versions and when opened it was all rather disgusting like it was mouldy so threw away. Won’t buy that version. Am happy with the fluoride toothpaste for now despite reading other reviews about this company.

In an effort to be more sustainable, I ordered the sonic toothbrush and was left extremely disappointed. After emailing to explain how poor I found the product to be, my complaint was brushed over and I was told that they can 'share some tips on brushing technique'. I had previously used a Philips electric toothbrush which was brilliant, and the Georganics one could not compare at all in the effectiveness of teeth cleaning. In not accepting a return, I have now been less environmentally friendly as I had to order another Philips toothbrush as I simply could not use the Georganics one, completely the opposite of my intention. I have also wasted money on a toothbrush that is completely ineffective. I would not recommend buying from them at all.

Black reside on the tube threads (aluminum leaching) and toothpaste continues to spray out when cap removed. Dentist says the toothpaste is far too abrasive.

I bought the charcoal tooth powder in four months ago. After using it all this time, I was informed by amazon that it had been recalled due to dangerous bacteria being present. I wouldn't trust this company again.

Twice now I have made a largish purchase from Georganics with multiple numbers of an item. When the order arrives, I only have one of the multiple products. The first time this happened, I accepted it as a genuine packaging mistake. The second time it happened, it now feels like “something else”? Got to question a/ what’s occurring in their warehouse …what are they paying their warehouse employees…what are their quality control procedures???!!! It’s the little attention to details that make a company “great”…seems Georganics fail hands down in this regard…will be looking for alternatives

I was sick of a big brand of toothbrush needing charging every 2-3 days and degrading relentlessly then completely failing after 2.5 years (with a 3 year guarantee). The Georganics sonic brush lasts for weeks between charges, and after 2 years the battery is as good as ever. Customer service is exceptional - I’ve had to ask for advice a few times and they are always lovely and supportive.

I have ordered once in 2019, and at the end of 2024 I suddenly started receiving marketing communications from georganics at least a couple times a week. I never gave permission to use my data for marketing emails - be careful when buying from this company as they clearly don't have safe data processing practices.

Great quality oil pulls. I get the charcoal one in a 275ml bottle. They really make a difference. Price isn’t too bad and deliveries quick and efficient!

Tried the English Peppermint toothpaste twice and put it in the bin!

I've looked at lots of ''sustainable'' products and often been disappointed but I found what I wanted in Georganics. Their CHARCOAL DENTAL FLOSS is amazing. With a little see-saw action it gets into those narrow spaces between the teeth where other non-plastic flosses just break. And with the charcoal floss you can actually hear and feel it working! They are very effective.
The floss comes in little glass jars with a screw top that incorporates an edge to cut the right length. Refills come in little boxes with a paper bag of refills inside.
They have clearly put a lot of research and development into their products and it has paid off. I'm going to try more of their range asap.

I've been using Georganics sonic toothbrush for almost 4 years now, my dentist is very happy with my teeth. :D The company also arranges to collect anything that needs replacing for recycling.

I m using "Oil pulling mouthwash" since 3 months and I really love this product. The oil in the mouth has a great mint taste and is extremely efficient, cleaning absolutely perfect the teeth. Of course I ve used it exactly according to the instructions, 5-10min in the mouth and not swallowed.The mouth has a very fresh and pleasant smell which is lasting for at least an hour. I have to add that I have paradontosis and I ve tried many toothpastes, oils and mouthwaters, but nothing worked so brilliant like this Georganics oil. My pradontosis pains are gone, as well. I m extremely happy and big fan of them. Highly recommended 💖

Absolutely love the coconut oil pulling solution and mineral toothpaste. They have done wonders in healing my teeth/gums. My son uses charcoal tooth powder and he's a super fussy teenager but loves the way his teeth feel. In addition customer service is fast and not automated another win for me.

The sonic toothbrush I bought from them worked well for a while, but then, after a couple of years, it suddenly stopped working. I contacted them and politely asked them to replace the faulty product, but they refused. Should we really be expected to buy a brand-new toothbrush every couple of years?

I visited my dentist this week and took the Spearmint with fluoride toothpaste for him to check. Unfortunately, my dentist advised that the toothpaste was gritty and that would damage my teeth’s enamel over time. And the amount of fluoride used wasn’t disclosed.

I reverted back to using Colgate on his advice.

Be careful buying environmentally friendly toothpaste as it seems this one isn’t friendly for your teeth!

I’m a regular customer and I purchase the mineral tea tree toothpaste.

I’m giving 1 star because they have changed the formula.

The new formula does not contain Citrus Lemon Peel Oil, Cinnamon Bark Oil and Myrrha Oil.

The old formula was more effective so not sure why Georganics changed it which is why I’m giving it 1 star.

Always like to support good business when I can yet the customer service leaves an undesirable taste from this specific loyal customer's perspective. In July I initially signed up for a subscription to the mineral toothtablet refil pack only to find out recently that the Manage your Subscription link attached to that specific order can't be managed by the customer at all. I want to cancel this reoccurring subscription yet I don't have the power to do so. So far the Georganic team has ignored my email I made regarding this matter hence this authentic and honest up feedback review update. I still like to cancel my subscription of over GBP 20.00.

The folks at Georganics clearly have never tried their products before selling them. If they had, they might have noticed that their Charcoal Mouthwash tablets leave a residue all over glasses, sinks, any surface they touch that cannot be removed even in the dishwasher. When I contacted the company, their response is that many people like this product. I guess they have found customers who wanted to repaint their white sinks black and decorate their clear glasseware with stripes. Never mind that this product does nothing for oral health. I tried it because I wanted to avoid plastic but their product and their customer "service" was enough to make me re-think my aversion to Listerine.

Prompt, efficient and helpful customer service. Two years ago the service was not very helpful. Now it has changed. I had a problem with my sonic toothbrush bought 2 years ago. Sarah, the Operations Manager, was very attentive and sent me a new toothbrush. there had been problems in the past, as other reviews mentioned. Hopefully the product is now as good as the customer service.
