Don't bother with this site they are quite happy when you are depositing funds they have no issues,as soon as you want to withdraw they suddenly want to be a legitimate site and start requesting documents etc.
I would stick with the bigger sites and give sites like this a miss they are very predatory as they need to be as they are so small.
The customer service is awful all done via email and most of the time they don't even bother reading the emails just send generic responses,being a smaller site you would think they would be more customer service but no they aren't
They allowed me to deposit literally thousands of pounds over a three week period then stalled on withdrawals,then amazingly after depositing £7000 over two days not one game paid anything,seems they may have a kill switch afterall 😂

They have my withdrawal of £130. not yet release back to my account, they are now suspending my account, and never respond the money, i can't talk about my money through my betting account as it is suspended by them .
To sum up , it is better to bet with the local betting shop . Anyway...Is it another very bad example of online betting scam ? I think i am having one now . They steal my money by their rules .

Slow and unresponsive platform
As in all my reviews I like to be as honest as possible. The site is very slow and unresponsive. The video option is great but once again unfortunately slow and at times unresponsive so you will miss races which is frustrating as that's the whole point in the video right? To be honest a bit of a headache this site. Haven't made a withdrawal so can't comment on this. Good structure but too lagish.

I’ve had it open in less than 2 weeks and my god it’s awful it’s the worst site I have ever I mean ever played 🤣 and no this isnt a bitter review cause I lost!!! I joined last night and won quite a bit of money on roulette, I have sent all my documents as requested, I have asked for confirmation all is ok to process my withdrawal but not had a response yet, I have also received a safely gambling email, with a lot of questions, I am hoping this is not a reason to hold back my withdrawal amount.

Played this site had some nice wins but I've had nothing not even landed a bonus my fav game is cash spins I've played it on other sites I've always landed the bonus might not always be a big win but when I started playing on gentlemanjims I was getting it nearly every 20 odd spins but I've played over 200 spins now at a pound a spin around it's not dropped in that tells me that it's fixed which is illegal and there breaking the gambling commission rules so It needs to be regulated. just signed up to this awful site, first deposit playing 10p spins on big bass, zero win zero bonus....second withdrawal within 2 mins of first withdrawal again on 10p.....zero win or ZERO bonus.....thats 200 spins in now. unheard off for this game i play daily.
decided to deposit again with £20 and soon went all the way down to just £3, I finally hit a bonus, paid me £2...sometimes happens with big bass so i go again, I got another bonus soon after which AGAIN paid me £2. STRANGE BEHAVIOUR!
decided to play 20p spins NOW and managed to get 1 bonus that would you believe it (paid me £4..)
Then the site decided enough was enough and rinsed what balance i had left.
This isnt big bass games playing shady, this is the site playing shady.

Winnings bets settled as a loser
I had clear winning bets on virtual darts., settled my bets as a loser. Almost 2 weeks later same happens again I show evidence they admit these should be winners, 3 days later still waiting for my bets to be correctly settled. Absolute shambles and tells me to stop emailing them. They have no number or no live chat. Awful

This is the second time I’ve played this casino, and the last. The first time I played was a couple of months ago and the RTP didn’t seem the best, but I deposited again today. I’ve played many casinos and the RTP here has to be the worst that I have ever experienced.
Deposited £50 and it was all gone in less than 2 minutes on 80p/spin, out of the 60+ spins only THREE returned any win, with the biggest of the 3 being 72p.

Terrible customer service.
Odds changed on a football bet after putting in betslip from 6/1 to 1/10. Went back to 6/1 straight away on website. My bad for clicking accept, but quickly emailed them to tell them price on my slip was completely wrong. They insisted odds were correct. They are either corrupt or inept. Neither of which is ideal.
Edit: your reply is misunderstanding the issue completely. I didn't "miss out on the price" - your website changed it to a completely wrong one and then changed it back to the correct one. You were NOT professional, you didn't even investigate it - that is why I withdrew my money and closed my account.
This site is just a skin of others, so I doubt they are even bookmakers.
