I have tried two previous brands of diabetic socks. One was poor, the other was OK.
I took a punt on Gentle Grip and am delighted. Their claim about the honeycomb top is true! No compression marks.

Gentle grip socks are amazing they take the pain away from my feet and are lovely around my ankles customer service is the best

I brought socks from gentle grip for first time for my mum as part of her mother's day gift. She has a medical condition and her legs and feet are swollen. She struggles with 'normal socks' being tight, uncomfortable and very difficult to get over her feet. She is very happy with these socks. She said they were so easy to get on because of the wider top, they're comfortable and she feels like she's walking on air. I ordered in the evening, they were dispatched the following morning and I'd received them within a few days. Thank you gentle grip.

Had a slight issue with a second order from this company, the issue was with Royal Mail. My query was handled quickly and efficiently. Very impressed

I broke both ankles a long time ago and have had lymphoedema ever since.
Every pair of socks in my drawer has to have the elastic at the top cut otherwise I ended up with even more painful legs.
Not any more. Gentle Grip socks are wonderful. I have no problems putting them on, they stay in place, feel lovely, and the colours make me smile.
I just wish I’d found this company many years ago.

I have been wearing gentle grip socks happily for many years however in the last 12 months or so the socks appear to be made much thinner and less durable. I have been making holes in the heels and particularly in the toes, so much so that I almost regard them as disposables now! I might get 2 or 3 months intermittent wear out of them before having to buy a new pair. Its a shame because otherwise they are really good and comfortable.

Easy to order, there is a good choice of colours and patterns and socks are very good value for money. My order was received within two days. Excellent service!

The socks are brilliant, and I have bought 2 more pairs of the boot socks. Customer service is outstanding. I had accidentally ordered one pair which were the wrong size. A quick email and within a day, I received the correct size replacement, and pre-labelled return postage label

Nearly every complaint is answered with please get in touch with customer service and guess what they don't respond!!!

I've been buying Gentle Grip socks for around 6 years and the first lot were great! The second ones lasted less than a year and were clearly inferior in quality, but the ones I've just bought are even worse again. On some, the stitching at the top is unravelled before I've even worn them and they are now so thin that they are barely thicker than tights. If I stretch the fabric lightly over my thumb it looks translucent and I've ended up wearing them over another pair of socks. Although they are really comfy I definitely won't be buying any more as the quality is now rock bottom.

Was looking for socks for my feet which I have problems with my daughter found this site and ordered them for me so when she entered my email address she found out I had dealt with this company before and I remembered I bought socks for my late wife which she loved as her feet and legs were badly swollen. I have bought about five pair for myself and they are first class comfort so I through out all my other socks which i bought from amazon which were dearer and tight on my legs,but gentle grip are very comfortable and are not tight on my legs. It's often I leave a review but take it from me they will be the best socks you'll ever buy.

We had a problem with one pair of my husbands new socks. I sent a photo to customer services and replacements were put in the post the same . Excellent customer service and we will continue to order what are great comfortable socks

Just purchased these for the 1st time my husband has arthritic knees and has found the gentle grip socks so much easier to get them on being softer

Having dealt with Gentle Grip for sometime and always been pleased with the quality and value of the product.
However i had a quality issue with one pair of socks in my last order.
I contacted customer services, a very helpful and efficient lady (Sue) took my details.
The issue was resolved and a replacement received two days later.
Can't fault this company and can't recommend them highly enough.

very comfortable and just right grip at the top but the diabetic socks are just too thin.

I have size 12 feet and bought 6 pairs of Bigfoot cotton socks size 12 - 14.
They were tight from new so I don't know how someone with size 14 feet would have felt they looked about a size 10.
After wearing once and a 40 degree wash my big toe has gone through all 6 pairs.
