The scope doesn't meet specs-magnification is much less then stated, the field of view is much less than stated. The scope is very hard to focus. The tripod is unstable. The phone attachment continually falls off. The overall quality is poor. It has also been very hard to get in contact with Customer Service.

I would like to return the scope and get my money back.

It's a joke! Takes forever to try and align it up with your phone. Doesn't stay in place well at all. When trying to look through it. The picture is crappy and not really close...!

Do not purchase as it does not perform as advertised. Will not function without being attached to phone whereas their description says it works without the phone and can be used as a monocular telescope with your eye. Good luck trying to get a refund as they keep giving excuses that an error exists when trying to refund to your credit card.

Like many other reviewers, I fell for the scam Geniusever is pulling. I received the telescope rather quickly but once I tried to begin using it I found that it really is a piece of junk -- it doesn't work at all, even at the lowest setting. I did get replies to my queries but when I asked for them to send me the guaranteed 100% refund, they told me the best they could do was give me a 50% refund. I relented and said I would return the product once the 50% refund arrived. It has now been 7 weeks since I was told a refund would be sent within a few days; NO REFUND!! Don't be suckered into purchasing one of these telescopes. It looks nice but simply does not work at all.

This site is a scam...they either do not deliver the product, or if it is returned they refuse to back their guaranteed refund.

Do not order from them. Tried to return monocular. product is useless. E-mailed them 5 times to return, no response. Credit card company has issued me a refund. Call your credit card company if you paid with one.

I ordered the 10-300X40mm without reading the reviews --stupidly. The optics are so bad you can hardly see an image even at the 10X setting, and focusing is almost impossible. Trying to zoom and then focus -- forget it. I wasn't expecting binocular quality but this was sadly a waste of money. I hope I can get my money back.

I don’t even want to give 1 star! This company is BS!! Scam! Scam! The product SUCKS! I returned for $18.99 s&h back to some lady in CO alike they told me as I would receive my full refund This was back in Nov 2020. We are now in Feb. 2021 not only did I not receive my refund of $279.60 plus now they won’t even answer my emails! DO NOT BUY FROM “GENIUS EVER”

never sent the product.. Eventhough customer service quickly responded they never located my order, as of yet never issued a refund eventhough they said they did.
I will remove this review when I get my money back.

I have contacted this company 3 times, without any response. I tried to suspend payment but unable to. It is now 2 months since I received their product which was broken,. their 30 replacement is a bad joke. They don't even answer their customer assistance emails! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

I see most of these reviews are about the 10-300x telescope which I too had ordered and found to be lacking in quality. But I followed their instructions and received a full refund for my purchase, although it did take a month for the whole process. Apparently they were drop shipping these from an importer and never saw the product, which they have since dropped from their website. A superior version of the telescope is available elsewhere for considerably less money. I suspect the fault here lies with an unscrupulous importer.

Rip off. Does not work as advertised. Ruined Christmas!

I wish I had read these reviews prior to buying one of these telescopes. I agree, I could not get it to perform like it shows on the ad. Product even looked second hand when received. More than likely someone elses returned item. Was offered 50% refund but chose to return for full refund. They acknowledged receipt but said it would take two weeks for money to arrive in my account. Never happened and now they are saying refund button won't work....DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE!

I was impressed with the reviews of the monocular telescope they offered, so I bought one for myself and two for presents.
The product is small and lightweight, but that is the only honest statement.
It is virtually useless as advertised (no better than very cheap binoculars, and far inferior to the ones I currently use).
I tried birdwatching in my yard, out in a park, and tried viewing the sky/moon/stars). Again, virtually worthless.
The tripod does not lock, so that is worthless as well.
I tried to review on their website, but could not access the review link.
They offered me a 50% refund if I wanted to keep, but as the “telescope” wasn’t even worth that, I returned, which cost me $22.
I would not recommend buying from them, as their reviews are suspect. And it is buyer beware.

I was stupid and bought two now I’m out 100 bucks. The items are a joke totally worth zero $$ and so is customer service. No response to my email for returning. Do not buy from this company. You’ll be out money and he will be left with an item that doesn’t even work

Got ripped off - charged account twice on Dec 2 - never received shipment

At first This appears to be a hoax site as no-one has responded in over a month but I was charged immediately. I finally received the product, and it seems reasonable for the price, although after looking around I saw you can get it for less. My main gripe is there is no indication that you will get your product until it shows up on your doorstep

I bought 2 telescopes from this site, and what I received were two items that look like neat telescopes but which come nowhere near 300x zoom- the big selling point. To compare: My 90x zoom camera (which the telecopes were bought to replace, one being for a gift) was focussed where the telescopes were out of focus. I methodically went through the lense combinations, and didn't get anything approaching even 90x zoom, let alone 300x. This is a hoax site - buyers beware! It doesn't respond when you want to return the items for the moneyback guarantee.

Ordered their telescope 10-300x magnification..it does not work as they advertised..lense seems fractured..they do not respond to emails for return..they state they have a 30 day money back guarantee.. don't buy anything from them unless you want to waste 100Au$...I am ashamed that I bought this from a flickup ad on my mobile NEVER AGAIN.
