Utter crap package is lost through aramex save yourself a headache and order through any other company but these losers. Any company that uses aramex needs to be boycotted.

Purchased an m4 gel blaster just recently had it delivered to Toowoomba which got lost in transit due to carrier Aramex. Battery is dead so I had to buy a replacement from elite hobbies in Toowoomba which they are brilliant. The m4 I got from undercover cost me $349 the same weapon at elite hobbies $249. Do the math. Never again will I shop with undercover.

No customer service or support. Don't answer their phone. Don't reply to emails.
Chat online is non existent.
Quick to take your money though.
PATHETIC BUSINESS!!!

First gel blaster I have purchased but have used my friends gas and manual pistols. I believe they sent me a second hand gun. The front sight was all faded, parts of gun were lose, springs seemed old as if I had the harden balls fully enlarged it didn’t want to load and if I let them get a little smaller they just pop two or three into chamber and block up. No instructions in case if they are meant to have them. Fast delivery is the only reason I would give them an extra star. Very disappointed with purchase after using my friends and expecting something decent.

Ordered a spare magazine it's arrived with some defect in the valve loses more gas than it lets in, at first I thought I was filling it wrong or it had something to do with the can, on to the next can it seems to have gotten worse. I contacted them via email about a month or so ago I still haven't got anything back from them. Won't be buying from them again.

Support is very very slow. There are only 2 people available in the live chat. They seem to have no access to any proper information without contacting the rest of their team which takes hours to get any feedback. Please understand, This isn't the Support Teams fault. I just believe they should know all questions and know what the team can and cannot do without having to ask the team for feedback all the time.
You never get updates via email from the Live-Chat session that you could have spent hours in, making you have to restart the conversation all over again, Making custom orders is a horrible experience since communication is ridiculously slow, even when you contact them via email.

When it comes to blasters, Their quality is fantastic. It's just extremely unfortunate I faced issues with the blaster I had received which was the CYMA M4 TAN-CQB.
I honestly wish they built a larger support team instead of just hiring people for stock/warehouse duties since their online support is lacking hard and seriously needs improvement.
