Product stopped working after a few…

Product stopped working after a few weeks. I had the same problem first time I purchased it, I was given another under warranty.
Not heard back from the company after sending various emails. Loved the product, shame it stopped working and
shame about the customer service.

Pathetic customer service

I asked for change of product almost immediately after placing the order and informed the company that I am ready to pay the difference as the later version had a higher price, however the GEEPAS customer service insisted on sending the pervious product without making any efforts to change it as per my request.
