Parcel shipment to Europe is absolute sh*t. Have already paid additional fees for a shipment out of JP due to new regulations at their customs. No initial communication to the customer regarding this topic was initiated, had to ask them directly. Shipment to EU was then started after paying the additional fees (~15% of original price). EU customs now declined import and sent back the parcel to JP. Their Solution? Pay another amount of fees and we will ship it again. No guarantee it will work this time of course. Will not buy here again.

Changed a lot from pre order. Wants to charge another 3 times shipping. Been waiting for months on order refuses to ship. Will never order from them again.

Preordered items totaling $127 in April of 2025. Still have not got them items to this day. At the time of purchase they said that I would be receiving my items in November 2025. It is now February 2026. What’s worse is now that my items are ready to ship, they have told me I have to pay and extra shipping charge because only one type of shipping is available now. This is not my fault and they should have to cover this. I am also told that I have to pay $53 dollars in duties to get my items here. This is absolute BS. It was their fault the delayed my item until now and now I am being forced to pay the consequences for something that is all their fault. I will never spend another cent here and I suggest you don’t either. Their customer service is a joke and takes a week or more to respond and is so unhelpful and unprofessional. DO not buy here.
