The most sh*tt* customer service i have EVER experienced! For almost a year I’ve been trying to get them to answer me and they just keep ignoring me. For 4 months I’ve paid for a monthly subscription and haven’t gotten my stuff. Plus an additional box I haven’t received.

They will start by saying sorry and that you have to wait.
Then they will say that you can pay a fee to get a new box send and then they will just ignore you.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE

I got my money back only because I paid by Paypal.

Honestly in disbelief that this company is still going. You are incredibly lucky you have a fan base that cares more for the crappy items you sell them at stupid prices than your ability to provide any level of customer service.

Ordered multiple boxes by mistake, contacted them and was told it’s fine they have cancelled one box so I will get a refund on the other… this was two weeks ago and I’m still waiting.

They also sent out the wrong box, considering I mistakenly ordered two of the same one it blows my mind at just how I seemed to get a totally different box. Incompetent staff maybe?

So thanks again for ruining my partners birthday, and having no contact number so people can actually complain to you about your sub par customer service levels.

Stop taking advantage of people you scrubs.

Terrible experience. They took over 2 weeks to even pack my order and then I think it only got packed because I had chased it 3 times. (Going on the packed date as the last time I contacted them) when it turned up it’s full of rubbish which is nowhere near the value of the price you pay for the box let alone more!! The stuff inside is unofficial tat. The other items I ordered separately were the same things I got in the box supposedly worth £50 which was £24.99 to buy. I paid £2 each for the items so it worked out the box was only worth £10. Save yourself the money and the stress
