Great torch, reordered another ,looking forward tor that and my beanie hat!

I had a problem with my original order and it was replaced within days. Fabulous service.

Bought earbuds for my son as an Xmas present. One of them didn't work. Tried following the returns process - didn't work - my order doesn't show up under my login, presumably because I checked out as guest. Emailed their support email address - no response as yet. Tried calling 0808 175 1640 - all 4 menu options take you to a voice message so it's actually impossible to speak to a human being.

Broken keyboard - didn’t work and a pain to get a refund. No information and the website lies about the process. Don’t buy from here.

Great company, great customer service and quick deliery

Rubbish headphones. Asked for a refund since the AirPods were broken so they sent me another one which was also broken. Poor customer service and poor quality headphones.

They sent me faulty airpods and upon asking to return it they sent me a lengthy process to follow. I have no time to follow all those steps.
You guys should have a simple way to return just like purchasing an item from the store.

The headphones arrived on time, and for the price, they are good quality!

Waste of time they don't answer the phone they offer guarantees they don't honour and won't give refund for lost or stolen parcels after dilevering 3 days late would avoid

Though a bit pricey, I’m extremely happy with the quality of all 4 of my purchases from this company. I’m happy to have stumbled across The Gear Geek website. They offer a speedy delivery too. I’d recommend Gear Geek!

Looks good and has loads of features

AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

I ordered an item on boxing day. I paid £5.95 for next working day delivery, 7 days later and I still have no product. There were a few working days between xmas and now.

I have recieved my other next day stuff from other suppliers.

I was told by this company that next day delivery did not happen coz they were closed.

If that is the case, why did they give me the option for next working day delivery.

Staff very rude , arrogant and really really unhelpful.

Just dnt use them.

U can get this sort of stuff from hundreds of customer conscious companies so we dnt need to put up with this crap.

I will not accept delivery when it does arrive.

I'm not paying to send it bak to them.

I'll review on Google aswell.

Absolute shambles. Returned item on 10 October in original packaging and with paperwork. Ordered and paid for replacement. Have sent proof of posting 4 times. Still no refund. Tried to say they had replaced when I had bought another item myself. Now saying as mo.proof of posting supplied no refund. Telephone number doesn't work. Absolutely awful. NEVER deal with this company. I'm not finished yet.

Quick delivery, even a few days before Christmas.
